It's definitely 30k though (Just like the crazy weapons - got access tonight) so I really wouldn't be surprised if it's *** broken like that

A crazy stat boost would make up for the new PUP cape being so underwhelming. Assuming, the regen/refresh effects aren't crazy as well.

The Rigor Bagnakhs by themselves put PUP ahead of all other one-handers besides MNK
