Warping into besieged wasn't the best.
No idea if it's the same result though, I assumed it worked as usual and was just a bad idea due to not being possible through legitimate means. Think all they did was prevent the HP itself from rendering.

the homepoint question was because of this disclaimer on one of the addon's readmes:

I haven't tried it or read of anyone who has, which is strange considering there were about a dozen iterations of that addon on windower and ashita before Sammeh's since shortly after HPs were made warpable. From a programming point of view, I don't see why it'd get you stuck. I suspect it'd just warp you there and there wouldn't be a visible HP. Still not the best idea since nobody legitimate can do that, but makes no sense to get stuck.

Lol, yea i have been very slow with progress since my current job for past 6 years is very demanding, plus kids and stuff. I never new what windower or taco was until this situation happened. Just played "vanilla" with some friends. Please know I am reading about these options and how to possibly apply them. Also, i actually never asked for possible optiins or any of that stuff in op, only reached out to see if ppl were willing to help get the issue noticed by SE which many have and i thank each and every person whos has done that and offered solutions.
I had this exact issue happen to me back in 2007ish. I had a friend call a GM and the GM warped me.
I know you said SE is giving you the run around but not sure if you meant call support and/or GM.
I hope you can find a fix if you haven’t already as I’m still on page 1 of 6.

Totally agree, but im not one to back down from pushing back at a business as its part of what i do for a living.

hey, i didnt see if someone already mentioned this as an idea but when you log try using alt control delete to force close the game i got stuck in a CS just last night and i logged back in with a complete flag i don't know if that will work for you or now but its worth a shot.
Do you use a 1 time password?
Another idea try loading enternity and fast cutscene. Force 60fps. Thinking of anything
None of the above mentioned work , and no i dont use a one time password. We will be doing some GM calling very shortly to see how this round goes.

While I understand that stance, I personally think hes hindering his chances of getting a fix. Leaving it to SE at this point in FFxi's life may be a death sentence to that character.
