Very nice, can you share frames used and attachments equipped? Asura.Ladyofhonor said: »
Looking for 4 PUP's on Asura, I've got the COR and GEO.
As an alternative, anyone able to PM me a minimal gear acquisition necessary to PUP this?
Sure, shoot me a tell. Cicion and DPS both have powerful PUPs as well.

Don't think Evil made it.

Vol. 1 VE Testing:
It is 1 Poroggo that summons 0 ads
Um... it does summon adds. I just hopped in on VE on PUP to grab the RoE seal, and like 15-20% in it summoned 5 Bozzetto Croaker frog adds. I wasn't prepared for that and they killed me.
IDK if the adds were triggered by something my automaton or trusts did.

How do they absolutely destroy it but two dead in your SS o.O. I'd imagine most pet jobs could do the same not just PUP unless I'm missing something.

Their is a way to break the lanterns it take away the -dt but need to pay close to message box so far I stun it with ws stun gkt and it break it all the time only when it about to start the bewitch move then break after. it does come back as a 1hr animation later.
sorry it small but u can break it when u stun ws on bewitch or sleep aoe move.
I just confirmed this using flat blade to stun and it also worked and broke the lanterns.
Thanks for the info Ewest.

Sorry for the false report! We were in zone on Normal for 10 minutes twice last night, and just basically zerged down Easy and Very Easy and we didn't experience it summoning any ads. It does use TP moves other than hammer though, so perhaps ads were summoned by one of them.

FWIW, the trusts I called were:
Apururu
Amchuchu
Koru-Moru
Qultada
Nashmeira II
Not sure if one of them did something to trigger the NM to call adds or do a certain move (which was filtered out in my log if a TP move spawned them). My puppet only voked.

We have done over 10 fights on VD and have not seen any adds. Doubt it's the puppet.

What's the best place to farm frogs? I've decided that soloing Intense on VE is more time efficient than doing Normal on D/VD with pickups.
By dustinfoley 2016-10-11 16:26:26
Just soloed it on VE, no adds, no 2 hr. Just deploy pet, (tank), fire/wind/light, afk 4 min victory. no adds.
Also i see tyrannic Blare as his ae move, never did the other 1.
Pet only, didnt even use trusts. (i did but they all died to 1 tyranic blar)

For the people seeing Tyrannic Blare, do you use battlemod? It sometimes screws up the names of newly introduced TP moves.
By dustinfoley 2016-10-11 16:32:18
yes

Has anybody tried stunning Quenching Hammer?
By dustinfoley 2016-10-11 17:00:18
It looked like when adds spawned, it didnt use quenching hammer anymore. No idea what caused it to spawn adds though, i had just my pet on it, and it didnt ws while it was casting or anything

For intense, has anyone tried super buffed DD RUN x3 zerg with dark rune on and rotate one for all + SP with SCH embrava + regen V for cures?

It executes too quickly, and I was also getting resisted in N. Didn't want to waste a bubble slot on Focus/Lang.
Edit: Sorry for double post.

Did D a while ago, Hammer only hit me on RUN for 300 dmg while everyone else took 6k(I think)._. Since it drains mp was just wondering if regen V + embrava is better curing method.

It spawns adds when it uses the TP move Providence (though I don't know what's the trigger for it).

What runes? Do we know if it's a specific element?

Maybe all the DDs should just /RUN? Regen V, have a Run that is tanking pop Valiance for the extra DT. Throw in Carols. GEO honestly kinda blows for this fight anyway, so bring bards. Or 4x RUN, with one tanking and the others Lionhearting it to death.
Btw, it's Dark Elemental. The Hammer whatever.

Since magic hammer is light I used Tenebrae. I'm not sure how the hammer dmg is calculated though, as the DD all changed to sub RUN for tenebrae but they still took a lot more dmg than RUN main. I also have noticed blu lived longer if I remember correctly. I'm wondering if it's because of higher mdb traits and higher rune potency on RUN main causing RUN taking less dmg.

Really? I didn't use Lux, maybe hammer move isn't affected by rune just MDB?
Otherwise I have no idea why RUN takes way less hammer dmg than others.

I'm in a Japanese group right now, and they told me to not use any buffs at all; we've done one run on N like that, and he didn't use Quenching Hammer a single time.
Going with them again soon to see if it was a fluke.

Can say that # of buffs affects damage dealt. Having 0 buffs caused our PLD to take 200 dmg

I also thought that this might be the case, because when our DD had gotten up from reraise and received no buffs they still lived post-TP move. Something to consider here then is do geo buffs count, or is it only dispellable buffs?
