Maybe use Bathy Choker +1 for the +11 Subtle Blow for a total of 31. W/ Auspice & while wearing Eber’s Duckbills +3 during Auspice casting puts you at 50 Subtle Blow.
Using Shetal Stone + Suppa would allow you to skip DW on cape to use Null cape.
But frankly I'm unconvinced it would be a DPS increase.
There's also Bunzi R30 for head btw, not sure how it compares, they're probably pretty close.
Personally I'd be leaning to Sworn, but if you already have Bunzi R30 then Sworn Crown would be the last piece of the set for me, in terms of priority.

Once again, chasing DW just to cap delay is not always the way. I have already wrote that it's TP gain loss (assuming samurai roll too). Alabaster earring is R30 in those sims.
