fasting is actually really dangerous for your body. You might look good, but your body is in no way in good shape.
Eh. Intermittent Fasting doesn't seem so bad.

Chipotle can actually be really freaking healthy for you~ God I love that damn place o_o; Now I want to go get some tonight lol. You order popcorn shrimp and almost the whole plate is fries. If you ask for your fries on a seperate plate, they give you a ton more shrimp to fill out the plate and make it not look like they're stingy ***. Of course I can't eat all of it, but when you pay out the *** for the food, you want as much as you can get. Leftovers ftw

May be worth it. Jetackuu said: » Kimble2013 said: » I don't get why in America we have this idea that our meals need to be huge and we have to fell stuffed. I don't know about others but I don't like feeling hungry after I eat. I didn't say being hungry after you eat. I said being stuffed. There is a difference between the feeling of satisfying your hunger, and feeling stuffed/like you eat to much. When you're pregnant and throw up almost everything you eat, once you find something that stays down, you eat the hell out of it. Or I do, anyway. Weeks of crackers makes me a glutton.

Whatever you say Jet, I know you always think you are right but its a fact that our serving sizes in America are a lot bigger then the rest of the world.

Weeks of crackers makes me a glutton. God! I take such pleasure in packing away an entire baguette by myself some days. If you HAVE to feel like your stuffed after everything you eat. Then yeah you might have a problem. But if you take a day and eat lightly because you know the goddess chipotle plans to bless your presence, I don't see anything wrong with stuffing yourself to the point of immobilization. :)

Weeks of crackers makes me a glutton. Im not sure if that is a response to what I said or not or how its relevant. Meaning some people have reasons they eat like a lard ***. Zah knows what's up!

I meant more in general that people feel like they have to be stuffed after every meal, lol. Asura.Bluespoons said: » Meaning some people have reasons they eat like a lard ***. Zah knows what's up! Well, yes, being pregnant would be an exception to the rule since you aren't just eating for your self, lol. Technically you are still eating for yourself and the baby just gets sustenance from you. It doesn't actually require a lot. <_<

It probably has something to do with the fact that a lot of American food isn't that filling and by the time they eat enough to be full they are bloated. but no, instead of thinking about that you'd rather attack me because you can't accept that perhaps I am right. I don't accept you are right because you aren't lol. You dont need to be stuffed to be full. Yes, eating extra "for the baby" is looked down on actually. The baby ravages you for everything they need. The reason you take vitamins and the like is to replace it for your own self.
I have extreme morning sickness that doesn't really go away, so I spend most days hardly eating anything. I have nice days where I can just destroy a plate of food, though, and when I have those days, I sure as ***make em count. Last time I was in Chipotle the dude making my burrito had to ask his manager/shift leader or w/e to come close it for him cause I go hard on the fixings, lol true story, felt like a victory.
I've virtually kicked my fast food habit but this thread reminded me that Chipotle is delicious... I don't accept you are right because you aren't lol. You dont need to be stuffed to be full. I never said you did, I said that a lot of people feel that way. Stop reading what you want to read and read what is actually being said. So like I said: biased. I agree with Kimble. Being stuffed means borderline sick afterwards, unable to move, bloated, etc. I like to feel satisfied, when I'm not hungry and still feel normal.
Having said that, I don't like wasting food, especially at a restaurant so I try to eat it all. I feel deprived, I've never been to a Chipotle.
The most appealing thing about Chipotle is the quality of the food and the amazing taste. Everything is so perfectly fresh and seasoned it makes me salivate just thinking about it >_<
Yeah I think I'm getting Chipotle tonight lol.... dammit. I find that the majority of fast food restaurants food isn't that filling.
Mainly things like mc.donalds, wendy's, burgerking, carl's jr, taco bell, jack in the box, chicfila. because mainly the portions are stupidly small and overall food quality sucks. If you go to other places for lunch like tinos greek cafe, chipotle, subway, you can pretty much get the same priced meal (maybe it costs a few extra dollars) but over all you get way better quality food, actual adult portions (not this kid/i'm in middleschool) crap. The only fast food place where I can order something and feel full is probably whataburger and sonic. (not like omg i'm going to explode full, but more like hey, that was a good meal, i don't want any more food, i'm satisfied full) |
