question here, the new merit weaponskills read

"adjust X stat bonus by 17%"

17 x 5 = 85%

so why am i reading that each increase is 20%?
or is it just a common misconception?

They calculate alpha in with the mods instead of putting it in with the ws calculations. (alpha being .85).

So after spending all that time getting Devious Dice and Limineall...Limeal..whatevers, should I even finish making the level 99 WoE weapon? :(
