If I'm right, there's about 35% more WS frequency with Misers+Discipline. So regain make you drop 2 hit (sometimes 3) ? if so it's better than save tp atmacite !
Also wouldn't 2 tp bonus atmacite + moonshade + champion + bloodrage pretty much give you 100% crit hit rate on ukko's fury ? Don't war over tp most of the time before ukko's fury animation is over anyway wich make 24% on dot part (and add some ws dmg too) more usefull ? sucks to be the one to mention it but

Wrong thread I know, but how would this now be vs twilight for entropy? Only ws that really hit me as phorcys not beeing the best for Probably follows the same reasoning as Resolution being that they're both non-crit, multi-hit, high mod WSs. I don't personally know what to compare it to though.

Regardless, Ogier's are top notch for a PDT set, so you still got a worthwhile piece.

No, you would need around 14tp/tick regain to account for Misers+Discipline, usually twice that. No, you would at most get 80% No, only bad players and DA/TA/QA procs over tp. Wow, didn't know that . This is a little tangential, but which spreadsheet do you guys use? I've been using the one from here (had to add some missing pieces) and I'm having difficulty reproducing some of the results in this thread.
For example, on a mob of Lv115, Eva509 and AGI 126 (assuming this should be decent for Rex?), I'm seeing capped melee accuracy with Aggressor, Pizza(NQ) and only 19 accuracy from gear. Not sure on Rex but Ig-alima who is part of the other side op is level 120. I always assumed rex's evasion/agi were 530/140ish last I tried to put them in, but I get an error on occaison. He hasn't updated the sheet since the 6th, as you can see.
EDIT: I don't have my Rex parse any more it seems so I can't help you on exactly what my accuracy was on War. |
