It’s not much of a penalty but it keeps players from killing most of the floor at 119 and then swapping to 130 for the reward.

It’s not much of a penalty but it keeps players from killing most of the floor at 119 and then swapping to 130 for the reward. I don't think pixies sleep at all, even with ES sleep.
Break-breakga works. On Asura, Apollyon ??? is in SW floor 1 by the vortex.
[Just found it!] I checked every room in every tower of Temenos yesterday on Odin server and found no ???.
Apollyon ??? was at SE floor #2 yesterday. On my server the Apollyon ??? disappeared in the expected time window after about 72 hours from when it was spawned. the new one was spawned within a few hours of the disappearance and it is still up and has not been reset with the week change.

yeah tem ??? on asura same place after reset. but if you got it already, you dont get pts again. so thats a thing.

Looks like Limbus mobs have ~1050 or so evasion
Used an ilvl130 Hecteyes on Apollyon NW#4: With 1043 accuracy they /check with no evasion message. With 1063 accuracy they /check low evasion Probably need about 1100 Accuracy to hit them at 95% Shockwave works but typical dark sleep doesn't? Strange.

Yeah, this has been discussed in the linked thread but some people use heavily the Windows key in their lua scripts, for years so changing that is a challenge for sure. There are 731 non-pet mobs in the zone, and like 50% of them will never be killed. The NM needs to either stand out (use a larger model and/or use a different color model if possible) or the Operator needs to give a hint (ie: "were getting corrupted data from <area><floor>, please investigate"). I've done a full clear of Temenos and it didnt pop, so its possible it was just bad luck and it changed from a target I hadnt yet killed to a new target that I had previously killed. I honestly dont care for it anymore as I can farm the 3k units it gives much faster by killing stuff in one of the rooms where there are multiple sets combined (large room on 2f, infront of the ramps on 3, etc etc) than it will take to go through every floor on every tower checking each target for the ITG mob. I feel like its either bugged or the way people do temenos is messing with it. Apollyon ??? reappeared within a couple of hrs and always at an obvious place ppl would go to kill what they've pulled/aggroed. Temenos i see a bunch of ppl just aggroing everything, killing stuff in .. well places that arent the beginning or the end. Wondering if someone was to unknowingly aggro the ITG and drag it across the zone with everything else, then warp if it would reclassify as IEP at that point.

Temenos particularly encourages this behaviour due to ghrahs near the finish which aggro as you're trying to get to the portal so it's best to just head to the exit and fight whatevers aggro'd once you get there. The main difference with Temenos is that many people fight directly on the portal, which could prevent the ??? spawning. Or, perhaps, the ITG can only be from particular mob families, such as Gigas, Bombs, Dolls etc which people fight less often. Have yet to find a ??? on Phoenix in Temenos. still no sign of ??? in Asura temenos. Wanna say its been at least 8-10 hours since it would have moved. I think apolly will move in about 14 hrs and my guess is it will reappear pretty soon after. That's been the pattern.

There is no point in speculation at this point, the content has been out for less than 2 weeks. My guess is we still don't have enough time for testing on matter of this type. Your thinking is Apollyon is the same zone as Temenos and its not, it could have totally different spawn parameters. In the meantime just be thankful you got some content, though garbage grindy content, be happy and grind on. All I can tell you is we hunted the NM, we killed it, not in the end zone and that didn’t spawn the ???. So there goes that theory. It was a Tonberry. And so the mystery about the ??? is still alive. On one hand, I dont want to believe that Apollyon involves "killing a target" whereas Temenos involves "killing a target with a magic WS facing North west on ice day between 6am and 2pm game time"
On the other hand, despite different people at the helm and different era's, its still the same game and I've been in Abyssea and seen how one trophy NM path is "port to 4, kill fly, run 15 steps, kill pixie, run 5 steps, kill pixie NM", and another NM path is "kill clionid for drop, run 20 steps, kill limule for drop, port to 2, kill hecteye, port to 4, kill sperm that needs to be killed 6 times, run 40 steps, kill turtle, port back to 2, kill bat, run 30 steps, kill mandy, run 100 steps, kill scorp, port back to 2, kill mandy NM" They managed to come up with a content worse than Sortie. That takes talent.

Was fun the first week, I got a few "key" items for my mains and now I don't care to go back. Hopefully the rumored NM system will improve the content. The difference is I have to be glued to my screen for an entire hour during Sortie, almost impossible to do anything else (bathroom, run away from computer momentarily etc). At least with new Limbus I can do a floor or two, take a work call, get a coffee, do some work around house etc etc. Rebuff myself, kill some more trash. I can play it at my own pace and I miss nothing by not maximizing my speed/potential. It's a grind that I can do in small bits and still achieve something without having to be engaged 100% for the time I am playing. The gear is not groundbreaking and I can't store it yet either, so I don't have to make dozens of pieces right away, but slow progress is still progress. I AFK in this zone for days and I don't have to rezone or get new vorseals or whatever. Can pick it back up at any point. No horrible drop rates to crush my hope. So that's a small plus in my book.
