So I'm curious with this update, this marks the finale for WoTG or are we still gonna be stuck waiting on missions?

Atleast this proves that SE didnt intend this ability to work the way it did. They did, it's just SE was afraid that my LS was going to kill AV, etc. *nods* :x
its not just that.
Its that they want AV to be "unbeatable" and any method used to beat it will be nerfed.
You want to nerf PUP? Get 18 PUPs to nuke/deactivate it down and you will have a PUP nerf next update.

And the ones in the past are most likely new Campaign NMs, possibly the Karaha-Baruha and Fenrir duo, of which I saw .dats for.
Well, .dats for HQ Fenrir animations anyway.

From the way they word it, I'm guessing we'll get it in the next update at the end of the month. Shame, though, I really was looking forward to this. The camouflage changes seem prett sweet though, I have to admit. Something else to actually have to macro on Ranger, yay!

Yeah, that's my guess as well. Or, they'll drop the 'materia' and fill our inventory up until they actually release the full synergy update.

Lol'd. I'm not a SCH and I wasn't really in on the entire what my LS was going to do exactly, but from what I can tell they were confident that they could land a high enough helix to make it work. We were even going to drag SCHs from other servers over too. But yeah, meh. IN THE PAST NOW. ._.; I think they nerfed it because of AV, not anything else. They've yet to nerf zerg DRKs on normal things, etc. :x

I'm unsure if AV has any MDB but if not, then it definitely shouldn't be a problem to stick an unresisted Helix. SCH has far more than enough M.ACC to pull it off.

One of the most resistant monsters in the game, the chances of landing 18 unresisted helixes (or however many you use) is next to zero.

Yeah, that's my guess as well. Or, they'll drop the 'materia' and fill our inventory up until they actually release the full synergy update. SE said: 1. Acquire evolith
- Evolith can be obtained by completing new NM hunting regimes accessible from "Hunt Registries" that will be introduced to certain areas alongside the Evolith system.
- Note that each piece of evolith is defined by a unique shape, size and elemental affinity. They only drop evolith if you do the Hunt Registry fight though.

So who thinks they're adding a new HNM like a Tiamat or something to Xarcabard[S] for HNMLS's to monopolise?

One helix. That's it.
And SCH can floor resist rates on LV95 HNMs, with the merit M.ACC+25 Stratagem and Klimaform, which is an additional +50~ (Supposedly)

Okay, but the amount wasn't the point. Have you ever fought AV seriously and tried to fight it the conventional way? I have a few times and it's next to impossible to land ANYTHING on him without being resisted, even using Elemental Seal. His magic defense is through the roof.
