So if SE gonna throw this level of rewards at this content, there better be plans to introduce a better system for holding moglophones that mirrors Omen canteens.

When it was augments to UNM pieces, having it be a pickup event one does solo was annoying but acceptable. But if they're gonna trash on existing BiS gear options to this extreme, its clearly evolving into real party play, and as such give us the tools to organize (ie- let us store 3 runs for one go).

Ongo is Hurkan, he chai spams fetters. If u leave too many up or try and kite, he'll chainspam more. There were 10 at some point. Ongo was doing zero dmg to my pld with tp moves, fetters hit me for up to 700. Trying him again, lag was beyond nuts with all the fetters up and we fell apart at 20%. (Mischief x3, me and Deadly, and ygnas trust) (RDM PLD COR BRD WHM and ygnas)

I don't know if sets all follow with the body (aside from head as you mentioned)

but bodies just look like recolors from the icons themselves:
whm set - nobles tunic
blm set - marduk
thf set - plastron
rng set - pahluwan
mnk set - I wanna say shura togi, but there are so many models that look just like this... war shinobi gi?
war set - on the tip of my tongue, i know this model. I feel like this was the barone model 100% but then they changed the icon somewhere down the line? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

I even found a hq barone image from alla that shows that icon, and it's not the icon anywhere else?! ugh

edit: Not crazy. they totally did change barone icon in 2005 and now are just using the OG icon again??

Can you attest to the difficulty of the NMs?

It wasn't difficult, but we had Lexouritis and Mischief so..

They spawn fetters and have aura, need to proc to get rid of them. Same proc mechanic as their delve selves apparently. Lex/Chief will be better able to tell you though, I just heal and make sure Lex had no debuff on lol

SCH SC + Nuke would work well, but lag will make you nuke in the wrong set

Ternion +1 R15 still solidly winning on my spreadsheets with a few quick tests (Heishi R15 using Ten, Kannagi R15 using Hi, etc.).

Significant caveat: that's before accounting for any Kunimitsu augments.

I'm fine with that. The Naakuals are pretty great models that have been used sparingly, not a bad choice at all for some reskins.

If they won't fix the lag, we are looking at years of spamming content with lag far greater than dynamis d. Im not sure if they even acknowledged the lag. JP players are probably fine... *** this...

I guess now we know why SE has been putting Haste+10% on the Bonanza daggers.

This months ambu seems easy enough, cleared VE just to see mechanics. There are 2 Giants (No matter difficulty)after enough damage one will be inflicted with terror, and become invincible, it will have a potent regen at that point as well. After damaging the moving one enough they swap.
Best bet seems to be to go with a tank (I was RUN), healer, any support, and rest is dps. Skillchain them down. Frost will use ice magic and occasionally chainspell, and when one dies both drop, leaving the head of the one that lived. The head drops quick.
Also there will be messages saying x energy is building and such, after 3rd it will use a powerful spell that can kill instantly if not prepped for it.

So the base armor for Sakpata set can be cleared for 3000 segments and bought for 30m Gil, and it's very comparable with volte haubert set (before augments). I'm not mad at that gear set because I was having issues getting volte pieces personally, but if I had grinded windy bosses for my full set, I would be beyond pissed

Yep. Capped or uncapped atk and/or acc, I'm still seeing Ternion +1 winning. Will definitely be interesting to see the augments though.

One nice (though somewhat niche) thing Kunimitsu has going for it is good nuking stats.
- Same Macc+40/M.Dmg+217 as Ambuscade weapons
- Almost the same Magic Accuracy Skill (248, versus 250 on Ambu weapons) and MAB (MAB+20, versus 16 on Ambu)
- However, Kunimitsu adds a very nice Magic Burst damage +10 that should make it the new best nuking offhand for NIN, for situations where you are tacking MBs onto SCs - especially nice for solo.

The ROE just says Arcana, so literally can do anywhere. Mount Zhayolm has clusters, Uleguerand Range has snolls, Ro'Maeve has dolls, evil weapons, and golems (probably the easiest with survival guide).

Fei Yin HP #1 has dolls right at the HP. I think they give exp?

I've always wished my LS were determined on gearing up their members with Volte, I am sure it took you guys a hardcore approach to take down the mega boss + red NMs twice weekly to achieve that on the long term. Total respect and feel your efforts.
