![]() i never thought about making xivhotbar for clickable teleports! i love it, was it fairly simply to make those?

If you covered up the original party menu then you could no longer see who you was targeting with those commands. To get around that issue, I went ahead and made a minimalist version that served to enhance what was already there and decided to carry over that "less is more" theme to my entire UI. addons and plugins used Mind sharing how you get your XIVParty to look like so? That looks perfect. //xp layout ffxi2 ![]() Asura.Woulfwood said: » I'm currently working on SMN. I tried to modify both addons and oh god i dont know what i'm doing. /facepalm Thanks in advance ! ![]() Recently came back after a long break and started throwing together a new party UI instead of catching up on gear like I should be doing lol. This party UI is a combination of XIVparty, XIVhotbar (mainly to track inventory), XIVpetbar, Targetbar, and Equipviewer.
![]() Mind posting your settings for it? I'd love to steal that :3
Party UI Download
I'd recommend making a backup of any of the addons you are already using so that you can revert to your old settings if needed. This layout was designed for 1080p, so if used on a bigger resolution the layout will need to be adjusted manually. I've included a read me of all the X and Y settings of each plugin so that they can be easily adjusted. If there are any issues with the download or files let me know and I'll try to get it fixed. I didn't create any of these addons. All I did was adjust some of the coding that was already there and redesigned the UI for the plugins to go together. I don't take any credit for the creation or coding of these addons. That should go without saying, but some people are silly. @Brixy
Which addon displays the debuff icons of the targetted enemy please ? I can see a litte Dia debuff icon above the Imp's TargetBar on the screen right side, would love to use that. Bahamut.Brixy said: » If there are any issues with the download or files let me know and I'll try to get it fixed. TargetBar throws me an error on load. Do you have a link to the original depot? Error: TargetBar: Lua Runtime Error: attempt to compare string with number Targetbar
That's the version I used before I edited it. The only thing I really changed was the buff icons to use the same ones as XI view and some UI stuff. Not sure why it would throw an error. I was able to replicate the issue. In addon > Targetbar > data > settings. Open that up and scroll all the way to the bottom and replace <brixy> and </brixy> with your character's name. That should fix the issue. I'll add that to the readme and reupload it.
I figured as much the minute I reset the settings to default lol
Hey Brixy, Great little UI Pack!
Only issue I'm having is that when solo and not in a party, XIVparty goes off screen in the bottom corner. I know in the current version of XIVparty there's a toggle to show empty rows, but it doesn't seem to be in the version you are using, and simply updating to the new XIVparty.lua didn't work. ![]() Any suggestions? Also, any idea why it says "Scanning ...." in the bottom left corner of my game sometimes? I think it's related to TargetBar, never used it before. In XIVparty settings make sure alignbottom is set to false. The scanning text is targetbar.
Thank you.
Hey Brixy,
Great UI setup! How did you get targetbar effects like Dia to be above the health bar? Been looking for a bit of what setting it is and I cannot find it. Thanks! Edit: Found it! under targetbar/ui line 526 effectUI.IconOffset.Y also change effectUI.TimeOffset.Y line 551 Bahamut.Brixy said: » Recently came back after a long break and started throwing together a new party UI instead of catching up on gear like I should be doing lol. Is there an addon or ingame option to display it somewhere else? I find it hard to skip that info when I want to check who did not pass an item. Is this through windower or Ashita? Looks like Windower. This one only display the treasure pool, and the highest lotter.
I want to be able to see the status of every persons (lotted/pending/passed). ![]() Where do you get this font in the chat log? Looks great.
Anybody else getting borked NPC names with Brixy's UI? Any green NPC name is all the way off to the left and it's driving me insane. Can't find a single thing to change in the settings that fixes it.
Had to copy over the settings from the .rar since my targetbar threw the same TargetBar: Lua Runtime Error: attempt to compare string with number error and I noticed several hundreds of lines were missing from Brixy's version vs the OG. All that to say, it looks slick AF even with the weird NPC issue. Thanks Brixy! |
