From the shouts I've seen on my server WHM must have Arise, BRD must have 3/4 songs, and all DD must have Delve weapons and be WAR/DRK/SAM/DRG or MNK. Actually haven't seen anything specific about COR though so there's a shot at that.
Probably changes based on the players on your server though.

Examples please... Everyone has a different opinion of "least" geared
Examples of what? Gear set? Just get cure potency up around 50%. There's like a zillion ways to do so.

LOL He asked about Cor and its role in delve so i told him what i did and what a cor does in delve. Not exactly sure how that makes me think he is lazy but whatever.

Alternatively, save up gil for a Senbaak. This will get you in rather easily. You need to work on your DRK quite a bit though, you look more like an Abyssea/Voidwatch DRK at the moment.

I'm just saying what I've seen on Asura. If it doesn't make sense don't shoot the messenger.
One thing I have seen that requires even less is a lot of groups need a Sac(?) Which if I remember right is a guy who just keeps dieing to the bosses for 45 minutes while everyone else farms.

At this point that'll be easier since I'm no where near ready to farm the KIs for Isgebind on my NIN then brew spam him 37-75 times

For a worthless weapon, nonetheless.
A hiro of mine just came back to the game and picked up a Senbaak for about 15m, so that's always an option.
Just expect to see yourself on BG's Gimp/Confused/WTF Player Thread.

I just looked at the price of a Senbaak on my server and the price isn't definitive.
And that's nice.

Karieyh Head til you get Phorcys Head.
Karieyh Haubert very slightly edges out Phorcys Korazin for TP, so use that for TP, Phorcys for WS. (That's just what I was told to do til I got gil to get my Armada.)
Karieyh hands useless for DRK, Bale is better.
Karieyh legs great WS piece until Mikinaak.
Karieyh feet excellent WS piece, get this!
Feet > Body > Legs > Head
Bale Head and Karieyh Morion are marginal, but I see you got a Korazin, so you should get to NNI and finish off the Phorcys set ASAP.
Also get some Voidwatch done. Spam Hahava til you get Mala (although this may have you pulling your hair out, I almost did).
On a final note, never underestimate other gear sets like Dark Magic and PDT. Dark Magic not only adds to your absorbs and drains, but to Endark too which you should be full timing.
PDT is a nice addition (something which I really do need to work on when I find the time) and will help you survive a lot more in places like Delve.

If i where you, i would start levling a support job or healer like others allready mentioned. Mages and support is allways nice to have leveled and geared.
At the same time you could get the TH peices for thf, and ask groups if they are ok you come as puller/TH. Im sure some leaders are ok if you tell them your situation. Its not the best puller imo, but it should be ok if you can keep the DDs busy.
When pulling, sub /nin and bring movement feet. If you dont have any movement peices, bring many powder boots and use them when flee is down to keep pace. Pdt or evasion gear will help for any hits.
4-8 runs later you got your weapon. Just put some effort into it so you dont feel like the biggest leech lol.

No one takes that stuff for fodder runs, that's 5nm clear or boss run requirements. Those aren't what someone who doesn't even have a weapon is looking for.
Sacs were for holding NMs. People don't take sacs as much because they require well geared players and beat the nms instead. As much as people like to pretend otherwise, delve is just one gear check. With undergeared or average players, you tend to get around 4-7k plasm farming fodder. Raise the standards and do NMs and you can get a guaranteed 10k plus gear drops and extra farming on fodder. Only take the best and you get 70k a run.

Well I would consider it if I knew how "minimal" geared I need to be to do Delve as a healer/support. Ihina's link didn't work so still clueless about how little geared WHM needs to be.
By Tymoris 2013-07-09 14:40:13
Healer support Aldu the minimun is to have a cure set that is 50% cure pot and enough fast cast so you won't have problems with healing casting. And an idle set for your refresh. Refresh set can be made kinda easy from aby and AH.
The Cure set I suggest you look into the whm guide in the forums it's not too hard to make a good working one.

If you're looking for job-specific advice, check the job forums and specifically the guide topics for the job of choice. They do a good job of explaining the basics which is something you should have a handle on before joining any Delve group (or any group for that matter).

Ihina may rub off to people as a *** (no offense or anything), but it's blunt at most. However, he is right. Support jobs have always been in demand because 1) People do not like playing them 2) A mule could do it. The state of game has changed where people have to be attentive and skilled in your jobs. Anyone can play a DD job and could get away with it in pre-Adoulin days. However if you were doing Legion, it was on border line. If you want to do pick ups, you need to make yourself versatile and be efficient in playing multiple jobs which includes a support job. This will require players to obtain gear from VW, abyssea, etc.
Also if you continue to shout for your pick-ups and make crappy delve pties or non-efficient runs, people will not go. People just do not want to waste time. I'm not trying to put you down because I go through the same thing and I have a hard time finding a good delve group on my DRK.
You have to think of it this way - by the time you're finishing gearing DRK, the next set of new content comes out and people with more updated DRK gear will have a head start. With a support job like WHM, COR, etc there isn't much gear changes and always needed.

See, this is the problem that always occurs when I ask for advice. I get a bunch of good suggestions and then I get stuck/confused on what to do. Which I'm thankful for btw (don't mean to come off as unappreciative).
If you say I should level WHM then give me examples of what gear to do get, not the lists of gear sets (although that is helpful but only after hearing it once. Like what... full AF3+2? VW body from Celaeno/Akvan? Serpentes Cuffs, Sabots? Arka IV?
I need specific details on which pieces of gear I need so I know what to work on.

Get all of them.
You're getting links to the gear sets because you need to get as close as you can to having all of them.
You need to have the correct gear swaps in order to excel at your job. That means full refresh to idle in, full cure potency+mnd+skill set, full -cure cast/fastcast, etc.
If you show up under geared you're going to under perform, and you won't be invited back. Don't try to take short cuts with a handful of pieces, you're only going to be a detriment on anyone who invites you.

I'd suggest shooting for these:
Cures
ItemSet 290272
Idle
ItemSet 289646
Some parts can be replaced. Not exactly a WHM kinda guy so I don't know what with but they seem like good starts. Can't get much more specific then linking the gear you should get in an item set though.
By Tymoris 2013-07-09 15:18:10
Well Hecas set, owleyes and nni mage pants for refresh, serpentes set.
If not able to do VW you can replace the body with the af3+2, head the pin from gold chests in aby with +1 refresh.
By quilly 2013-07-09 15:36:35
Once you get 30k plasm to get a Bereaver you could come on DRK more. You just going to need to set up your own parties, farm shards, farm NM, or just buy tons of shards to be able to afford it.
Luckily when I did it I only really had DRK, and was able to go along with my 95 Ragnarok.

I need specific details on which pieces of gear I need so I know what to work on. Check the jobs forum. There's a sticky at top that most people have updated and agreed with what gear to wear.
All what you just mentioned are good places to start. Keep in mind a lot of these pieces can also be used in other jobs which will help you offer other options to delve groups. It'll help you differentiate a player that just aby burned a job that they don't know how to play that job just to leech to a person that actually shows they've put some work into and willing to try his/her best at it.
Your places to start include VW (Akvan and Celaneo), NNI (Nares Legs), Aby (AF+2, Serpentes Set, Owleyes), Orvail Robe from the Peacekeepers coalition, Genbu Shield, tefnut wand or staff. 50% cure potency is easier to reach now. Once you start obtaining plasms, you can get a Bereaver for your DRK or get more mage support gear but you'll need to obtain some KI's to purchase delve items.
I want to wish you good luck. It may seem impossible and tedious to do at first but it will be worth it.

So it seems I have 2 options here. Start my own parties as DRK or level/gear WHM...
[+]
I want to start doing Delve as a DRK but I don't have a delve weapon and no one wants to take my DRK. And I don't think I'll have enough time to start a new job that people want/need (such as WHM) because I think by then when I have it geared and ready, the next tiers of Delve will be out and I'll be SOL.
So my question is: What can I do to get in?
