I really like my WiiU, it just needs more games at the moment. Tell you what though, $.30 for Super Metroid was a kickass deal.
Something interesting I Just thought of from the ESO announcement on PS4.
Does this mean Bethesda is switching banners? They've always been Microsoft loyalists... But now with the ESO announcement on PS4. I know it's coming to the XboxOne as well but it was in the Sony Press conference.
I do remember before Skyrim came out, Todd Howard and Notch (Minecraft) were have a rocktalk, and the subject of Microsoft came up, and both Howard and Notch seemed visually agitated at how hard MS pushes on them for things like Kinect functionality. Maybe I can find the link.

I dont really see why all the hate about XB1 honestly. I dont even turn my stuff on without net and if you get rid of something you shouldnt be able to play it. As far as the locking to 1 account thing yea thats *** but meh all of my friends live nowhere around me anymore so it doesnt affect me.
alot of the 99.99$ listed games for ps4 on amazon been dropped to 59.99, so that looks like it may be the price of em.

Credit Sony, while Microsoft chose to get in bed with the developers, Sony went with the fans, and I think it will pay off for them in a huge way. Even if they are selling the PS4 at a loss, they will still make money off of it. Hell they were even able to throw in an online subscription fee and people didn't even blink.

Pretty sure that's only for additional content (PSN+ is not required for anything as it stands on PS3).
I'll just put it in the simplest terms: If you want to play COD or BF4 online, you have to pay. 5 bucks a month or 49$ a year, and the Plus Perks continue (free games).

Also, I'm not gonna lie, Elder Scrolls online followed immediately by Mad Max, I thought for sure that was a Fallout IV announcement, not really surprising since Fallout draws a lot of inspiration from Mad Max/Road Warrior.

I think its great value, as long as they get their ducks in a row. They already addressed cross game chat, a pathetic drawback of PS3. Get a few more things to make it comparable to XBL Gold and they will be more than fine.

Was going to buy a ps4 regardless of price but when he said $399 I went ahead and preordered lol. Poor X1, those systems are going to collect so much dust.

Ima wait till kh 3's release date, least till then the ps4 might be 50 dollars cheaper and all the knacks and glitches have been fixed
I wouldnt count on a price cut for PS4, its already very cheap. X1 will be fine over time, the shooter market is still the dominant genre, and it has plenty of shooters. It will probably be a rough first year though.
I've been reading that PS4 won't be region locked, can anyone else confirm that?

All I'm gonna say is look at the top sellers in video games on Amazon, Xbox one is #1 and PS4 isn't even in the top 50.
Also everyone is claiming victory, but clearly MS sold their soul to publishers and it's starting to show. In the whole Sony conference we saw two new system exclusive that being "The black sorcerer" and "1884", and quite a few in MS's camp. With very obviously big boosts from EA and Capcom.
As Wii-U is showing us, your system can have the coolest hardware and best of intentions but it isn't crap without games.

The only exclusive X1 has atm that is worth anything is TitanFall. And its on the 360 and PC so yeah. I saw no reason to buy a X1.
Also is it just me or does it seem like Sony has pretty much given up on Vita? I mean their big announcement for the system was a game that has been out on EVERYT PLATFORM UNDER THE SUN *even freaking cell phones* and that was pretty much it.

Only diehard xbox-fanboys will buy xbox this time.
People who tip either way will get the ps4 first no doubt.

Because they don't have anything. The biggest movers shown were MGS V, BF4, The Witcher 3, and TitanFall. Only one of those won't be on PS4. Halo 5 or whatever is something everyone knows about. Halo 6 is too. Their console is overpriced, their used game policy is inferior to the competiton, they Always Online wasn't a huge deal but its still inferior, and they dont support current gen headsets.

I think the "always online" thing is pretty HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE, specially from an American company, when so many people "suffer from" bad internet in the US still...
