BRD cornette style instruments.
Last time I played a cornette, it certainly did not sound like a flute.
I can deal with the animation being wrong, but it wouldn't be that hard just to add a new sound to make it more realistic. I know, I'm a music nerd.

More inventory and more macro lines. I definitely agree with all these, especially Thief Knife needs an upgrade by Magian Trials or something.

- Mage relics and emp weapons actually have useful mage attributes, worthy of being called a relic and all the effort it takes to obtain it. Useful meaning, not a 250m gil situational erase-ga tool, but something that increases that jobs main attributes or abilities. WHM should have a weapon which aids their party survival; BLM should helps do their magic more effectively/efficiently, etc. The mage should not have to accumulate 100TP and perform a weapon skill on a lvl 115 Legion NM to get said attributes either.
- Consider adding all jobs to their appropriate relic, emp, and mythics (including upcoming jobs). Yes I understand adding post-Zilart jobs to relics would need reworking of stats. How about make those jobs their own relics? DNC PUP SCH were around during the War as said during the Wings of the Goddess story line, yet don't have a relic. PUP could have a relic-like animator even.
- It's been said many times before -- What's up with Throwing skills? Why did you design it and never do anything further with it?
- And to make this seem like so many other Official Forum requests that have no relevance to actual gameplay: Give Tarutaru +50 STR earrings, with auto-regain/refresh/regen, and -50% damage taken. Thank you.

Update "Thief's Knife" Please: In the range of 45+ (1392+ DPS) damage would be nice. I mean lets not have it step on the toes of 85+ Relic/Mythic/Empy Daggers, just enough to keep it viable for both DPS and TH.

Isn't Lux Pugio and Couriscanti decent? Think the 99 daggers is meh when the good daggers are really relic/crouiscanti/Empyrean (85 is decent) or some magian eva dagger.... Only thief dagger I can think of is like TH+2 knife with 45 dmg and 190 delay >> that would be nice lol

I can live with 45 Damage 190 delay and TH+2. even if I had to do more lottery NM trials. I Would do em all just for that.

How about gaining tp when dealing magic dmg, and having magic based tp moves? Like having a seperate tp pool for nuking and unleashing magic tp moves.

With how much joy and entertainment seems to have been produced from the highest multi-hit club WS being WHM only, it'd almost seem kind of tragic to give it to any other jobs.

You seem to not realize that they actually want you to prioritize either damage or upgrading treasure hunter, not both. This is clear from their design and comments regarding it.

Relics for jobs that don't have them.
Make non-str modifiers on weaponskills stronger so people have a reason to do something besides just keep stacking str+attack.

Meh, they screwed us over with merit weapon skills already, I don't even know why I care about what jobs get club weapon skills anymore.

Add to wear in the craft menu you can see the +1 from aprons, stalls and other furnishings. Just like in the magic or melee menu.

A strap/grip type item for monks and puppet masters called a wrap to wear with hand to hand would be nice. Definitely 99 scale reward items from Zilart,CoP,ToAU,WotG would be nice as well.

Hydra Doublet set shouldn't have to be worn other than at time of calling Adventuring Fellow, just make it work like the Shinai does!
Also let us get those jerks to lv99 already like we were promised, make their healing AI not HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE, and let us call them in Abyssea. They already followed us down one dimensional rabbithole into the past, make them do it again!

Not sure if this goes here, but . . .
They need to make ways to increase the ATTACK of physical blue magic spells. Food doesn't affect blue magic at all (all you do is increase the base stat, but attack doesn't affect blue magic attack, magic attack bonus affects magical attack for BLU elemental spells). Physical spells are only useful on weaker mobs. If the mob is incredibly tough, physical spells will only do minor damage on them. BLM can equip magic attack bonus and INT to get an across the board damage increase on all their spells. No foods give straight magic attack I believe, but they can do so much damage even on IT+ mobs without it. BLU gets screwed on voidwatch (trigger ***) and stuff like legion. The only effective attack you get against tough stuff is CDC from almace, or weaker elemental blue magic. You could add blue magic attack to blue magic skill gear or revamp the damage formula or something.

What about an ability for WHM that allows the Divine Veil effect every 5 minutes without wasting your Divine Seal?
Iunno, to me a 15 minute ability to guarentee or a 600M+ weapon consuming hours upon hours of time as our only options doesn't seem too good to me.

There have been a couple of suggestions related to item improvements, which received responses that I would like to pass on. Likewise, if there are any item you would like to see changed, improved, modified, etc. please let us know!
I think it would be okay to reduce the time of the "medicated" effect after using items like Icarus Wings. |
I believe we can look into this to follow the changing battle pace and the time required for content. In the case we do this, there would be necessary adjustments that would take place at the same time for other elements such as abilities and magic that have effect durations. Please give us some time to look into and implement this.

These items don't actually possess any effects; it just enables the special weapons to elicit their effects when consumed. In other words, from a system perspective, just equipping these items cannot bring out an added effect. With that said, we will look into some different kind of way to do this for existing weapons.

We will try and look into ways that corsair bullets can be obtained. Since there are almost no NPCs in Vana'diel who sell bullets, we would first like to look into offering them as items that can be exchange for specific content points or as a reward for Walk of Echoes. | |
