I think abortion is the woman's choice, depending on situation really.

Oh btw, in some prisons, they get tv, priviledges even if they are on death row or sentenced to life. they get degrees, work, etc.

I actually remember the last hanging washington state. Even though everyone knew we were switching to lethal injection I think alot of people were happy the person was getting something a little more painful. Put a little fear into people and they'll be less likely to do stuff.

I'm usually really mild mannered and wouldn't condone any type of violence on either side but, people like those you previously mentioned should be made an example out of for a damn good reason. A death sentence is for a good reason, so why should the execution be cut and dry and pampered? It's like Robin Williams joking about the executioner putting iodine on the arm of the convict. "What the *** are you doing?!" -- "Well we wouldn't want to get that last minute infection now would we?"

We wanna save a bunch of taxpayer money, we need to decriminalize simple drug possession. Not the "Tony Montana's" of the world, obviously, but the average people that just get caught with a little bit of weed or blow or something. We dump WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more money into throwing those people in jail and ***then we do in prosecuting and incarcerating people for violent crimes.

As for the death penalty...only in cases where it's 100% proven and uncontested. I've heard of too many cases where people have rotted on Death Row for 20 years that, after DNA evidence was checked, they were completely exonerated from the crime. If there's even a shred of doubt, Life in Prison, not the Death Penalty. I know I sure as ***wouldn't wanna be one of those jurors that happily said "yeah, kill the ***" if it came out 10 years later the guy was *** innocent...

However, the way it's administered is HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE (the death penalty)...totally down with the bullet to the back of the head approach. How is that "inhumane"? You're dead like *** instantly...

Abortion...women's choice. I don't walk in their shoes, so I'm not about to force feed my *** moralities on them. I don't think it should be used as a form of birth control but I'm not gonna be the one that decides who gets to have abortions and who can't. Think about it...if a woman doesn't want the kid in the first place, for whatever reason, is that kid gonna have a good life? Yeah...sure it is. Also, all the pro-lifers can end abortion end now...you guys can just adopt all the unwanted babies. Sound like a deal? Yeah...didn't think so. I find it amusing how so many people *** about the cost of housing criminals for years and years, yet want to have thousands of extra babies thrown into the adoption system each year because they wanna get rid of abortion...(and no, I'm not directing that at anyone here, just ran into that a few times from people in my life, ESPECIALLY back when I lived in the bible belt...)

So anyways, my views on the ***.

EDIT: Oh yeah, like Alyria said, people that are in prison have it too easy. As much as I have disdain for the Southeast in general, they do one thing EXTREMELY right: they got the criminals out on the *** highways in chain gangs, cleaning up trash and ***. People in jail need to be doing *** labor while their in there...and not getting paid for it, that's HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE. They need to work off the money the state is spending to keep their *** in there. There's plenty of things they could be out there doing, building playgrounds for kids, cleaning up waterways, etc...

Brings up another point, actually...euthanasia. Should terminally ill people be allowed to legally take their own lives?

After watching my Grandfather waste away from brain cancer, in agonizing pain, until he basically turned into a bedridden vegetable...yeah. I'm all for it.

Keeping terminally ill people alive is another waste, they're no use to anyone, plus they're in constant pain and can't communicate with the outside world.

It's all those religious groups that jump in. We want to clear the space, and they want the veggies to stay there and eat up the economy money we got left.

I find it strange that we have the right to decide when an animal can be put down, yet for some reason we aren't allowed to make those same decisions for ourselves.

When you're terminally ill and there's nothing left but waiting to die, why should we force people to literally sit around and wait for the end? That is a much harsher and cruel fate than assisted suicide will ever be.
