and to answer your question #2, you'll probably have to follow the same process immigrants do here in the US. Get a work visa, live in the country for a certain amount of years before being eligible for their "green card", then from there its on to their citizenship license.

Yeah, looked at their immigration site Tbest linked...would definitely be a long involved process. I've always wanted to be a teacher, and that meets their "skilled worker" needs...hmmmmmm.

Lol I hate that idea. I knew someone who was getting paid like 1/3 what she was worth cause the company knew she needed to keep the job till she got her greencard.

well, it does suck to be on a visa in a foreign country. I'm on a student visa here in the US, and I'm only allowed to work on-campus jobs. Meh, I'm getting my green card in the Spring :)
