Exactly. I think it's about as bad as playing DDR though not as bad as playing it with a controller lol.

I agree. I own Rock Band 2 (for 360) and Guitar Hero III (for Wii), and don't plan on owning any others. That combined with me never really being a Beatles fan (I didn't say they were bad, just not my style).

Hmmm I was going through each difficulty, I had stopped more than halfway on the medium difficulty. I'd say I'm pretty alright :P I can ace the song Welcome Home by Coheed & Cambria
I have Guitar Hero 3, I've played Rock Band. Only gripe I have about these types of games when they come out with band specific titles. Guitar Hero had Aerosmith and Metallica, so Rock Band has The Beatles.
I haven't checked out that Dj Heo stuff yet.

On the subject of these things, Gamestop is holding a fairly decent ($30+ off) on any GH/RB games, excluding Metallica and Beatles. Trying GH2 for $30 bucks including a guitar is worth it imo. >.>
More on topic, I suck at anything above normal. ; ; I can perfect almost every song (*** you, Fire and the Flames/Freebird) on normal. I had this things when I was younger and the response speed on my left hand is slightly off. >.> So that fifth button kicks my ***. xD

I started learning the guitar and at first I threw it to the side and said F it! I'll stay to the drums, then I tried it again and got better at it.
I've done "Devil Went Down To Georgia" on Hard, and my fingers felt like they were pretzels. I can do some songs on Expert, but everything else is Hard or below.
Any Guitar Hero game is worth trying, Rock Band, not so much.

Aerosmith was a waste of time/effort. Its now on sale for $9.99 new. I haven't tried metallica.
If it makes you feel any better I 5 starred Freebird.
5 star and perfect are different! xD I five starred em all, yeah. Just a select few have those two notes that are silly. >_<
Until they make a game that can scan your own music files and create the sequence of notes and chords for it, I'm not that interested. Not gonna pay $50 for each game to have only a handful of songs I'll actually enjoy listening to/playing.
Yea guess that's why I'm better at the drums lol People said OMG the drums are hard, how can you? I just play em, its fun :P
Get Guitar Hero 3 if you havent gotten one yet. Rock Band is too flimsy in instruments, I nearly broke the drum set tryin to rock out.
