OMG guys Accuracy for Troubadour so epic... j/k well troubadours will be used for more then Super barding now lol its pretty nice (not so much used anymore for keeping long *** debuffs on mobs :X since most things now a days are zerg shoya all the things) but I am still waiting for that Massacre elegy SE >.> Maybe this is how they expect requiem to land on all the mobs ? because right now its pretty useless :< (back in old school dyna requiem was the stuff) XD
=o=;; with this song accuracy I honeslty hopes it will make it so mobs who currently resist their element threnody this will fix that because if not its pretty much useless imo as all songs land now -.-

**Edit**

Also if it does not help land the threnody of the mobs element that do resist this is just enabling gimp *** brds to gimp on .. -.- ffs because this honestly wont help any real brds out there if it doesn't lol xP

So...... speaking if 5/5 25%/merit
Nightingale: 125% of chance of extremely rapid spellcasting.
Unless reading that wrong....Seems like insta-cast while it's up.

Troubadour: 125%
Song accuracy
Means no resist? Unless actually immune.

actually it'd be only 100%

activating the merit is 1/5

and every merit after that increases by 25%

but essentially yes, 5/5 would be 100% cast speed reduction would cause the spells to go off instantly, and 100% Macc on songs...

ah ok
Wonder would that make requiem go off...or is that just fully immune from NMs
