This is easily the strongest gil per cruor conversion at the moment. Not to mention they're stackable, common items so you can literally flood your inventory with one trip (instead of multiple trips like the rare tagged visions gear), saving yourself a lot of time.

Supplement the income with Dominion weapons from Heroes areas and you're good to go.

I've only done cruor/notes to gil once and that was when I was in need of a quick stimulus of cash to buy sisy frags - even then I did it entirely on my alts. Please stay away from this as much as possible, I know we all need a bit of cash occasionally but you really will be regretting your action later.

That being mentioned, you can farm sisyphus fragments in gold chests for quick cash, well it's the only decent way to get them, I did my entire level 90 trial without getting one fragment to drop from Sisyphus ><

It's really not that bad... you can get cruor pretty easily if you focus on it. 200k in about an hour.

You aren't brewing 18 Nms in one brew lol.

Even with Cataclysm and AE? I think you could get close to 18 CCs and the like with one brew.

I prefer soloing that buffalo NM for the hide, then farming a sys fragment for gil. 200,000+ in about 30 minutes (unless gold chests are torturing me).

I was at one point I was thinking what if I found 11 other people around the globe to cruor farm in 6 hour shifts (4 shifts), 3 people a shift, 24/7 for a week straight.

At a very modest 100k cruor/hour, that would net roughly 16,800,000 cruor PER PERSON by week end, not counting keys. That's 44,436,000 gil PER PERSON if turned in via chocobo blinkers, 533,232,000 gil overall. Gogo funds for a ~two relic weapons in a week? lol.

I would never personally do this... I think my sanity would run out by the second day.

I'm really not one to tell people what to do with cruor but SAVE IT or you will regret it some day. When abyssea first came out i sold it all never thought that I would have all zones and caturae finished so fast. Now I am always scrambling trying to get 200k cruor for brews.
I have 0 use for brews now... the only thing i have left to use brews for is shinryu... and tbh I can live without getting impact (just would be nice to have).

How to create huge gil inflation one says? well, this is certainly one way to do it. Gil being created out of `nothing`. I still think one of the reasons this is implimented, is to prevent RMT activity.

The fact SE added only 5-6 AH´ble items that are easily overpowered by rare/ex´s last patch underlines the urge from them to lower the RMT activity. While that is a good in a way its also total crap for crafters that invested tons of time and gil into crafts just to see ways that make the same/if not double amount of gil without any craft reqs.

If SE added more AH´able items it wouldnt be a problem tho since more gil circulation will eventually lead to higher prices for the crafters as well but that isn´t the case here.

I'd like to see RMTs trying to kill Voidwatch NMs tbh, it'd be a hilarious spectacle.

sell brews?

I can agree with this, it takes a little work and a couple friends to hold key items, but if you can get several pop KI(s) for a single AF3+2/Emp NM, and kill all of those NMs with a single brew, you can make significantly more money for your cruor.

Examples:

Selling 66 pieces of 3000 cruor equipment (most efficient for 200k cruor) = about 450,000 gil
Spending 200k cruor on a brew and killing 4 Draguas, and selling scales+AF3+2 = estimated 1,000,000+

Overall, the brewing has potential to be faster, although the KI farming seems it would take more time, you could either get lucky, or unlucky with KI drops. Fell cleaving / Aeolian Edging mandragoras works great for farming these KI's. Brewing is ultimately less effort too, no filing through menus endlessly or teleporting back and forth.

Was curious as to how chocobo blinkers worked, ffxiclopedia doesn't specify how you obtain them... I take it you go to the chocobo tamer and just purchase them from cruor? Does it involve doing some quest of sorts, because thats what it seems like. I take it you just npc the blinkers ===> gill?

If you read enough on the wiki, it makes sense.
Get a quest from the resitance dude.
Buy blinkers from chocobo tamer.
NPC them for gil.

Ok I might be tired...

but how does 16,800,000 cruor = 44,436,000 gil?

That doesn't make sense...
