welp, my mother went to the dealership to pick up my new truck. Apparently only one person is able to do the stuff required for my mother to do that and he has been on vacation for the past week (this pick up has been scheduled for 3 months now). on top of that, the dealership was very rude to my mother and customer service sucked. So, i have called a few select people and after talking with the guys in charge, my mother should be able to pick up the truck come wednesday with no muss or fuss.

It's not me they have to worry about on wednesday. Today was my attempt at being polite and defusing it. If wednesday rolls around and my mother has her time wasted again, lord help those poor *** at the dealership. She has a temper and can back it up being former military herself and she still works for the military as a civil service employee.
