It's moments like these which makes FFXI a special game. Where fans of the series can bunch together and overcome obstacles. We grinded for over a year to become strong enough to tackle what the game has to offer. We're not hardcore players, none of us are elitist, we don't show off and we always have time for those who need help. We win and lose like a family. When we lose, we come together to figure out why. I've always hated having to lead stuff, but these guys make it easy. I've always found the best group of players are those who do what you want, before you even thought of asking them too. They take it upon themselves to do what is right given the situation, and that's due to practice, it's due to listening. It's due to wanting the best for everyone there. We don't have a LS bank. We don't have a points system. We don't have hoarders, we pass items/gear to whoeever needs it most. And we're not closed off to the world, we'll take anyone who is willing to do what they can to win. I already said my thanks in our post in the Cerberus sub-forum. So when someone says you need to be on a populated server to make an Aeonic, let it be known that it doesn't matter how many players are on the server, so long as you can find a nice, small group of players who want to succeed, then anything is possible. It might take longer, but the journey is always better than the destination. We wear our Aeonics with pride, and we'll keep going as long as this remains fun. Peace out. A 10 year dream. I love Dark Knight, and I always will. I made this weapon because Scythe has always been my favourite. I couldn't be happier to finish this with some hard work over a few months. It was mostly a solo effort, but I still would like to thank everyone who partied with me for tokens, and anyone who sold alex. Next aim is to get i119 and Job Master. Ever since SE introduced [Dancer] as a job in this amazing game, I Knew I must be a career Dancer.. It had a rough start for sure like any new job, and was always branded the underdog of classes. Its versatility is overwhelming, you can become a healer, a damage dealer and a support all at the same time. Its solo capability was amazing and I couldn't resist the temptation of "trying" to solo tough content on my Own to see what I can do. This job is just perfect in so many ways and I'm so glad SE decided to give it the credit that it deserves, it really needed that! I love this Job and will always come back to this game because of it! What an amazing three years it has been! Decided to finally hang up my *MAGICAL* poroggo suit and move on from my adventures in Vana'diel...but, not before snagging a few screenshots. Of all, I have to post this one! It is missing Lillianriana who started with us...but I have to thank Darrc for dragging me into this void that is XI and convincing me way in the beginning it was worth all this time playing (it was thankfully). And Ru (Lillianriana) for making a really great friend who was always down to DRK stuff, where would I be without someone to pick on about DRK being horrible? And I have to shoutout all the peeps who ran through Sages, who have come to be really great friends to me on the game and off...whether they're still traversing Vana'diel or have moved on. And all the peeps at NU2 who further cultivated my remaining memories, thank you! And to the non-LS peeps who I have met, thanks too for an awesome adventure. At the risk of taking just another mythic pic I thought I’d stop to SS real quick here, and for good reason. Simply put I farmed ALL my alexandrite, I didn’t buy from bazaars, so I wasn’t leaving five mules afk in a FC cruor pt for blinkers, or fish boting, or hackling nyzul for 10mil pieces, not that I have anything against you who do, but simply so this doesn’t look like just another mythic pic. I duo boxed salvage everyday and trio boxed salvage (about 3 times of the week when Vhyihza worked, and always manually,.. Phishing for Trolle. Hello, I post these pics and comments for Trolle, my 5 year old daughter who plays that charater. At 5 she has been playing FFXI for a few months, and can use the xbox interface without error...the pics and the captions are to entice her to read more. Although a high rated vote is always nice, I wouldn't expect most hard core gamers to find these one liners important.
