Yes hence its still a gimp. Having to move around is a gimp. Compared to doing full dmg and full racc standing toe to toe with them mob tanking almost as much as your tank and getting some tp from your daggers while waiting to shoot again.

Meh, the R Acc. decrease is marginal at best for being close range. In more than a few pt's now ive had no choice but to stand right on top of the mob to avoid pulling the mob out of melee range all the *** time causing the pt to be ineffective.
