Yes yes it is. Every tp neck that beats it would cost you a bit more and is alot higher lvl. And it's not exactly super duper common. More importantly it sells fairly often so yeah I guess it is worth that much since worth is based on what people are willing to pay

lvl 33. 10 Acc 10 Racc. It isn't to the point where everyone has one, and the drop rate on them isn't exactly awesome. No the piece is worth the amount charged.

its because A) all jobs can wear it! b) acc+10 is awesome and acc+ improves their over all damage output.
Yes it is worth 2mil... go get some seals if you don't want to pay for it.
Considering its one of the best TP neck pieces in the game, and the fact that you can use it at such a early level are what factor into the price.
It can be used on any DD job from lvl 33+, and i really do mean ANY. The only other options that are better are at lvl 73 and lvl 74. Those options are rather difficult to get too and not cheap either.

Oh also I'll throw in, unfortunately I do not have one. I've spent my money on other pieces attempting to get one by BCNM. As it is on of the few buy able things left i want I will get it soon and pay 2m for it. It is definitely worth that.

It's def worth it's price. For anyone who dont think PCC is worth 2 mil there's always Spectacles
I know some ppl have gone 2/2 on PCC bcnm and such, I myself are more like 0/80.
As Anye said too, if you really cant farm up 2 mil, you can always camp the free one.
