As we all know VanaFest is coming up, and I was curious on what you would like to see implemented into or taken out of the game. Or what you expect SE's 'big annoucement' will be.
I was thinking a new expansion where you could go into the past in Aht Urghan areas would be nice. Campaign in Caedarva Mire ; ;

All I want ever is something that allows DRKs to have a use for their damn elemental spells. Tier 3 spells, or MAB or something, I don't know what. I only ever cast them for lulz

On a serious note, it's been several months since a job update. WoTG endgame would be win (please no more unbeatable, but when we find a way to beat it YOU patch it so it's still unbeatable Nms)

The last mission they added for WoTG ended in the walk of echoes with the bad guys running away, so I wouldn't be surprised if we do see that area at vanafest. I also think it'll end up being called the void, just like how we call Tu'Lia sky and Lumoria sea.
I don't think they'll add the new avatars in the late February/early March update. But I do think they'll be added in 3 - 4 months when they finish the WoTG nation story quests, 1 avatar for completing each nations quest line.
I think WoTG has at most 9 months of updates left so I’m hoping they announce a new expansion, maybe adding the far east zones or Olzhirya the mithra homeland on the southern continent, but what I’m hoping for most of all is that they announce that we can finally go to the city of Tavnazia although I seriously doubt it'll ever happen.
Yeah they're gonna revive it by allowing bsts to lv up a new Jormungand pet there that once fully trained is able to solo AV in 10 mins lol.

I'm hoping for something to actually give me the motivation to complete WoTG, A new expansion would be nice but I just don't see it.(Would be thrilled to be proven wrong however)

Eh... needed is such a strong word. We don't NEED an update but we're the one job that hasn't had any sort of update in a very long time. The last thing we got was Retrace which really isn't an update at all... it was more of a necessity. Every other job out there, with the exception of DNC and SCH, has gotten an update. If BLM gets any sort of update, it'll most likely be something like Burn II, Choke II, Drown II etc.

SE "Big Announcement" isn't going to be anything important, IMO. It's just them spouting the usual buzz words to get people excited, just like they do with version update notes.
