"Conserve TP" Doesn't Seem To Be Doing Much On New Leg Armor

Got my Blitzer poleyn with movement speed +8% for SAM and since I didn't really have any other stat I needed from the pants, I put in "Conserve TP +5" for PLD Atonement spam IF it worked as having a chance to save a little TP after a WS.

Went out Whitegate as SAM/DNC and killed around 25 birds. NOT ONCE I saved even 1 TP, I always sit at 17 TP after every Gekko (and ocassionally tested on other Kasha as well). It also did NOT do anything for my Curing Waltz II, it always spent 35 TP no mater what.

I full timed the pants, of course.

So, either I am doing something very wrong or the "Conserve TP" is something else.

*Edit* After writing that (and at around 35-40 birds) I got +18 TP from a WS twice... so, it seems to be doing *something*, but... +1 extra TP from so many WS? really?

Still no proc on curing waltz...

did you take brutal off? double attack gekko gives 18 tp does it not?..

1 extra tp back is from double attack not from the pants.

So, I guess I spoke very soon.

I "manually parsed" and after a while it seems that "Conserve TP" did kick in twice in my last 28 WS. Instead of giving me 17-18 TP it gave 30 TP both times.

I don't have time for further testing, but my "manual parse" is here, if it is good for anything.

Low proc rate is low, basically has just as much use as double attack (for your tp build at least) but without the extra damage. Pretty lame.
