These red weapons seem to be weapons that various NPCs will use to help us in some cutscene/fight for the final battle? Or something...
They're most certainly not primes, I doubt they'd put this in the update header otherwise

Yeah, I just saw the post shuko added all the content to toward the top. That looks like it's the case. The final missions for the story could be pretty interesting. Alright, servers are up. How do we start this bad boy?

I'm gonna be pretty sad if the final boss for TVR is just the recolored Bahamut again. That would be a bad way to close out story content for ffxi
Edit: so that is almost certainly what they'll do Can't we data mine from NPC dialogues/text the amount of stuff required by the Silver thing NPC for the next 3 prime stages?
The text should be there, shouldn't it? looks like update reverted XIview's status Icons but not the ui fotnt
FYI, Fusenaikyo cannot use "Tachi: Mumei", and the weapon still states that it is "Able to use all great katana weapon skills."

You can, just saying maybe that's what's stopping you from gettin' them, nothin' more.
Probably some extra ROEs unlocked by talking to elijah or some silly ***. Somehow my desktop and my notebook download files differently.
While my notebook already downloaded the update a while ago, my desktop is at 17m and increasing every minute. Any alternative to download the game?  After completing TVR, talk to Elijah, then zone and talk to him again twice to get the Voracious Psyches. It does count retroactively if you've already done them this month.

1,000,000 Gallimaufry, 2 Octahedrites, 5 Voracious Psyche Guess we'll hear about stage 4 in a few weeks once groups get that first 1m muffins.
