Karens gonna be Karens, game has always been about quality of life the days of LFP for hours and grinding out XP for months have died. The fact that everyone on the game use a third party tool and acts like they dont is laughable. Dont be high and mighty and claim to play vanilla when you know you dont. I guess minding my own business and doing what it takes to make myself ready for new content hurts feelings. My only regret was not getting the chance to finish all the odyssey armor before most are barely on the first set (butthurt ones). For those who love grinding out XP/CP for hours upon hours a day i applaud you, i have better things to do.
i guess when youre at the top of your game you will be targeted. Its been fun playing with those who actually enjoyed my presence and have been apart of my adventures for years. Game was already dead and these Karens will be playing by themselves soon enough.

Played this game for a year after returning, even mastered RUN before I knew about 3rd party stuff at all. I kept wondering how my group I was doing gains with were buying their shields and selling them so damn fast. I thought "man, I'm mashing my keyboard over here..."

That's the one thing that had me rolling my eyes since I returned. Seeing all these people who clearly cheat at the game referring to themselves as "top players".

All those REMAs. All that "progress". That ranking at the "top" spot. All acquired via cheating. Make sure you include that footnote.

I was out getting Marid hides the other day on Asura and saw the same thing: some lone Galka bot making the rounds killing nothing but Marids.

I can't believe that person hasn't quit the game yet and is even still posting reports to the thread every day after over a month trying to no avail. Also surprised SE hasn't banned the account from the forum for spam.

Everybody has their own level of "cheating" that they're comfortable with. That part doesn't matter. Don't bother with other people and how they play the game. Likewise, though, the moment your actions are visible to strangers and especially if your actions negatively impact them, expect pushback. It's not about cheating. It's about cheating in front of others who either don't care if you disappear or who actively wish it.

That's hilarious. Mojojoe is untouchable though, I wish them the best of luck obsessing over a bot that has been running for years and years non-stop.

Agreed. My favorite QoL is banned botters who make threads to whine.

If anyone wants to MPK a bot in Sea Serpent Grotto, send me a message and I'll tell you how to do it. They'll likely end up moving the bot to Wajaom Woodlands once they notice what's going on, but at least it won't be getting in the way of anyone coming down there for Maiden's Virelai or other things.

You know… I find this interesting. Because for giggles, I reported the galka alliance in south gustaberg the other day. For flee hacking all over the zone. A few minutes after I reported it, I actually got a GM reply message. It basically said “thank you for your report. We take TOS seriously. However, since you did not include any specific names, they couldn’t investigate it further. If I need any further assistance, I needed to post only the official forums”
