Character Info Not Being Updated

The whole REMA registration seems to be working fine for some time now, but the scores are not updating.

There are some funny bugs going on, it tracked apathy as being on pld/run i wanna say? But it shows all of his gear he is wearing as geomancer lol.

Seems to be down again. 4x4 Grid will not populate same as the REMA Weapons. Although, it was working.

We can all hope and dream it'll be fixed one day.

Talked to Scragg, he is looking at this to potentially fix it. Let's just hope he is able to do it! :)

Same reason people collect Playstation trophies or Xbox achievements: Fun. I'm sorry you're not having any.

Sometimes the only motivation you need to make another REMA or do something in game, is to see that other people are doing it too.

It's an MMO. Without the signal of what other people are doing, you just sit in town. :/

You don't have to like the same things other people do. Let them enjoy what they want. You trying to get "insight" and "ask things" in a rude manner isn't productive. If you don't like collecting things or getting achievements, then take your own advice and "move on" as you say.

Do prime weapons not show up on your character yet? Not refering to the equipment currently that you're wearing, I mean like how they show up above your purchases on the AH on your character page.

Whole things been busted for years at this point.

works fine for me the past few years just points are wonky, normally just do a //gw flush while the rema is equipped and that will force it to update to GW and FFXIAH. I think it was around a year or 2 ago the only fix was doing a flush while the weapon was equipped and most likely that is the only way to make it work still as I doubt anyone has done any work on it since I mentioned it to scragg long ago on discord.

It’s wonky, but no you do not need to be on the job with weapon equipped for weapons or equipment to “flush”. Don’t even remember but my drg is sub 99 (I think 58), yet I own a trishula, can’t wear it, obviously don’t play DRG and yet it shows here.

Sorry for the necro bump, but I just wanted to give an updated report that Guildwork still isn't adding new REMA weapons or new equipment in general to the FFXIAH char profiles. I just got Fomalhaut last night and I tried to do /gw flush multiple times yesterday and today and still not updating it for my character's profile on here.

Leon seems to be correct though about having to equip the gear in game and then use gw flush to force the update. I just tested this with the different Odyssey armors that had never got added to my profile for months despite doing gw flush on a regular basis. But once I equipped them and did the flush it added the armors within seconds on here. My COR isn't leveled yet to equip the Fomalhaut, but once it is ill test doing the same trick for it as well.

Other things like the 4x4 gear grid, job/merit points and titles seem to be updating properly though, at least for my chars. Oddly enough like Gav mentioned, I have Apocalypse listed on my profile even though my DRK isn't high enough level yet to equip it. But that was also added in like 2021, so probably back when this bug/issue wasn't happening.

There's also the "old" issue with FFXIAH breaking the "Achievements" section.
After being broken for me for around 1 year (after Scragg/Rooks fixed it for me), it appeared again on its own a few months ago, then it disappeared again recently, like around the time when they added the Null Gear.
Maybe it's connected to the fact FFXIAH was updated with new Null gear, or maybe it's just a coincidence I don't know.

But atm it's broken again XD

To give a more accurate timeline.
I know for other people it broke way earlier than that, but for me it broke the first time around october 2023.
Rooks/Scragg fixed it (said it was a server-side issue and not anything on my side) and it started working again on around november 2023.

It broke again in march 2024.
Then, without me bothering Rooks, it got fixed again around the end of 2024.
Now it's been broken again for a couple of months.


What happens when this part in the DB is broken, you might wonder?
Achievements points disappear from your profile, and the "Achievements" section from your profile also disappears.

Nice so the REMA, newly acquired gear AND achievements sections are all broken! >:( Someone's gotta fix it so we can show off all our new epeen stuffs on here dangit! xD Please send help Guildwork's way! :P

I'm not even sure Rooks is aware of this issue.
Last time they fixed it, it took uhm I don't know
A server reset with some unknown update/cleaning of the database I think?
