Anyone else thinking that with the minimal amount of content they produce for the monthly updates that Fujito and Matsui are the only two people left working on FFXI anymore? v.v

The fact that they rolled this out during "Free to play" when old players can come back and check to see how the game state is... may have a less-than-desirable effect.

Sublimation took 6 minutes and 28 seconds (probally 6:30 but chat time cant be trusted)

This update has been one of their best in a LONG time. Other updates just gave us a bunch of mostly useless crap, but this update we get a freakin Dhalmel Mount.

Just because it says Ramuh HTB in the english translation doesn't actually make it so. They have mucked that up at least twice in the last year.
Confirming that Sublimation is still 50% of Max HP even when subbed.

I won't look for it, but I recall WAY back in the day before Scholar was added, a dev panel actually said something along the lines of they were looking into making a better sub for WHM or something.

I'm not getting those numbers for sublimation, its not equaling 50% currently. I'm testing on my mule /sch to see.
Took my WHM/SCH mule (Master sch/merits as well). 11:40 to cap a sublimation, with 1404 hp, naked, she got back 705 mp.
So pretty close to 50% but takes double the time /sch.

IDK, swapping out obnoxious Moogle Ambuscade for Mamool Ja alone is a win to me.
And if they're gonna do a lackluster month, I'd definitely prefer it to happen in November while they're running all of the really good monthly campaigns. I'll actually keep pretty busy this month.
EDIT: for those who keep up with 4/4 Monthly ROEs, we're getting some decent stuff this month:
290 points: Ambuscade Voucher: Weapon (meh)
300 points: ANV Key x5 (not bad!)
310 points: 119AF +2 feet (nice!)
320 points: Mars Orb (continuing for the next 3 months too; 360/400 are also Mars Orbs, 440 is Venus Orb)
