I thought about that after, maybe I should have been more clear, I have seen conflicting reports on it, some have said they have been drawing up a resolution for a few weeks now, which would mean it would have nothing to do with her most recent comments. Even the USATODAY article says the final draft isn't done, I guess we won't know until its submitted tomorrow.
