Was anybody able to watch? I had my JP VPN up but I couldn't afford the ticket, so I couldn't watch the stream.

It is currently 1:22 in Japan at the time I write this. From what I recall, an event starts at 1 PM and then another at 7:30 at night.
This kind of feels like the anticipation of Christmas morning as we wont have anything of substance until then.

On Twitter, event-goers seems to be using the hashtag #ff11イベント. Overall it seems most people had fun, but in terms of development news... there was nothing. Skits and performances onry.

Welp... looks like the only thing anyone got was FFXI "food" and t-shirts lol. As much as I wanted one of those shirts, that still feels rather lame...
Since this whole ordeal was also regionally blocked, along with next to no info on it from SE for English players, it tells me SE just doesn't care about us. Atm I'm looking into trying WoW.

I was hopping to have something that really pulled me back into the game..
