You are not missing anything. What you are getting is expected with how little store tp you have and no temper 2. 5/5 Malignance will do the trick, then temper 2 will push the trick further :P Also Store TP on cape and Reiki Yotai + Eabani.
What is the BIS for RDM DW set in haste capped situation (i.e. DW11 required):
- 5/5 Malignance - Eabani + Sherida - Reiki Yotai - Cape STP or DA ? or should we go for a DW cape paired with eabani and windbuffet +1 ? Too lazy to do the math ^^ Lakshmi.Buukki

If I'm using enspells for damage, DW cape because I like to leave waist slot open for Orpheus's Sash. 1 DW short but allows me to 4/5 malignance (with ayanmo +2 hands). Otherwise, I use stp cape/reiki/eabani. Windbuffet +1 is probably not a huge increase with an already large TA rate.

STP cape + Reiki + Sherida + Eabani = 22 STP, 5 DA
DW cape + Windbuffet+1 + Sherida + Telos = 10 STP, 6 DA, 2 TA, 2 QA And some minor differences in acc. That about right? Lakshmi.Buukki

anyone want to give me some suggestions on this? this is where i've managed to get on my TP Set, and i pretty reliably can self skillchain without having Temper II yet. (gonna be picking up my kaja bow this week for self lights) I feel like the goading belt can be replaced with something. Currently using the Dualwield cape, but was thinking a STP Cape, with Carmine legs+1 DW aguments might be more beneficial to me? but the attack+ on the Jhakri gear is a whole lot of attack that i dont get elsewhere, ontop of that nice STP. i think im at like 70ish STP/ 1% over on melee haste cap right now? obviously once i get my malignance legs, ill use those, but what about the rest? i cant help but feel theres better out there. i know theres a bunch of omen rings i still dont have (cause nobody wants to ever run midbosses ;_;) Offline

This is the set that I'm doing for RDM:
ItemSet 370810 Cape is 10sTP Alternatives: - Ainia Collar and Dedition Earring are also option if accuracy is not a problem - 7DW cape + Eabani or Carmine +1 legs + suppa for Enspell focused build involving Orpheus's Sash and Ayanmo gloves. - NQ ammo or Ginsen if you want to wait with upgrading this slot to HQ This set is with Temper II in mind tho, as it almost lacks multi-attack and focus on storeTP to balance with Temper II. these are what I currently use:
ItemSet 370869 Cape: MND+30, M.Accuracy+20, M.Attack+20, WSD+10% - ideally you would want STR+30, Accuracy+20, Attack+20, WSD+10%, but I slapped WSD on my MND cape to use with Sanguine/Seraph Blade as I use Crocea Mors exclusively, and something in my inventory has to give. ItemSet 370870 Chapeau: ideally DEX, Accuracy & Attack, and Crit Hit Rate. alternatively you can ditch the DEX in exchange for Crit Hit Damage. Cape: DEX+30, Accuracy+20, Attack+20, Crit. Hit Rate+10% obviously, +2/3 gear in place of current +1/2 pieces would be improvements as well, and if you use Ullr, you will have your ammo locked from other actions, so your mileage may vary. think ayanmo +2 gloves would beat jhakri for CDC?
personally, I am using Jhakri +2 because RDM is pretty attack starved, and I cannot expect to always be getting fully melee buffed. further, I honestly do not use CDC that much these days, Savage tends to still hit like a truck if I need to be using a physical WS.
I believe Aerix and couple others mentioned malignance is bis hands for chant now.
Also someone mentioned Taeon head as well. But if you're acc starved just use malignance head. I just full time malignance head for CDC now. No more space for augmented gear that'll be good for one ws on one job lol Offline

I'm trying to cobble together an Empyreal arrow set for skillchaining; so far this is what i've got on hand
ItemSet 370930 Where could i improve on this? Currently i'm over stacking the malignance to compensate for RDMS bad Ranged accuracy. Using aya legs because Lilith is a stingy *** and hasnt dropped the legs in over 150 runs (or the daybreak for that matter). i think ive seen 3 of every weapon, earrings, and 2 of every armor piece but the legs. Is there anything better/more available than beryllium arrows? Hi, was wondering if anyone has any info on Warder of Courage's mechanic system.
I went and tried duoing with a friend(RUN + RDM), and I couldn't proc Invincible or Benediction, but I prevented every other 1 hour, and even landed silence to prevent Soul Voice from being a threat. The JP blog says Enaero for Invincible, but it didn't seem to work twice. Cerberus.Hideka

So, just to check- how does magic accuracy stack up on dualwielding from Skill? E.G. Dualwielding the Kaja knife and sword reads as if it should give 484 Magic accuracy skill; Is that the case- or is only the main hand counted? i assume the raw+ magic accuracy works as listed. would it be worth trading 41 magic accuracy skill, and 30 magic accuracy for 27 ranged accuracy? The taeon tights look like theyre a good pick until malignance tights decide to drop. I need to sit down and get someone to make my fotia. i think i just need to go pick up the light belt rq from abyssea and im done. Yes, ranged acc and magic acc work in both hands
I've been wondering about the Kclub for rdm melee. I recently got it and have been playing around with it on rdm and its been pretty great honestly. I was able to hit dynamis W2 mobs and nms no problem; I want to test it on W3.
Would it be the best offhand to use in situations where I know wont have acc issues or when my focus is physical weapon skills(Black halo, savage, etc)? And would daybreak be best when doing magic damage and weaponskills? I guess my main concern is that since we get 30%+ Triple attack rate with temper2, would I be doing more damage by swinging something else? Offline

if ever the focus is WS, the tp bonus off-hands will pull more weight, daybreak for magic WS, only use i could see for kclub would be for a bunch of additional enspell hits, keep in mind OaT procs last so temper 1/2 would both overwrite a potential proc if theyre up.
