I might do that. I've done it 3 times so far and its eye gouging as a mnk. lol 4 hours to do it. try to get at least 3 people.
It is against ToS, usually GM discretion. As long as you aren't doing anything sketchy on your account you should be fine.

SE did a notice when Aby Cleave services were the big thing. PLin is fine as long as its for in game currency BUT they also listed if the people involved were then using it for RMT you may get banned also.
I don't think there is a ton of people at this point that are regular players trying to sell currency for RM since it worth so little these days. I'd say its pretty safe if you can actually talk to the guy and its not broken English when they respond not 100% safe but probably 99%.

4 whole hours to get to 99.... the old 75 in me wants to /slap you
Takes 45 minutes to get 1-99 these days

Honestly, if you have RoV done, and a Blu or Bst piling you, it can be done in 2hrs.
I'm on Odin and will PL you for free (I need merits anyway).
1 mil is a good deal on Asura we got retards charging 3 mil and it takes them 7 hours to get you to 99.
