In regards to political slaughter, sure. In regards to total governance, he's by far the biggest tyrant in modern history, killing far more of his people through terrible policies than anyone else.

I know there's a cultural perspective involved too, but I mean in order to have his face all over the money they use today has gotta say something compared to the other two guys.
However, he was responsible for something like 20mil+ deaths (Chinese), so there's that. :/

No one is born to the right to a gun like they are to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. All of which continue to be taken by a bunch of nut jobs who don't care about others rights.
Unfortunately we have rules in this world that are made due to society needing to move at pace of the slowest idiot to progress.
