Possible "A Shantotto Ascension" Rewards

Assuming that the third add-on also rewards an Augmented item, which equipment slot would you like to see rewarded?
personally i would hope for some augmented legs, since in my opinion its one of the harder slots to fill for certain jobs
i just hope its not another ring like every other expansion!

its going to be legs for 2 reasons:

1) as stated, its the harder to fill slots for some stats
2) if you look at how they are doing it, they are showing the previous 2 as something flashy, so they will want to show something flashy for the 3rd, and its either weapon (which, no matter WHAT they put on it, it will be worthless to a mage, and they know it) or legs (the sensible choice).

why would it be legs?
its more then likely going to be feet.

I always thought hands would be next. legs would be cool to though. theres plenty of good items to get for hands already.

Why do you think its not possible for them to be legs? They are the last most obvious clothing on a person. People would have to look close for hands and feet, and its impossible to see them on a midgit.....

To be fair legs hardly show on a taru as well, but otherwise I agree. However, continuing on the trend of over the top gear(at least the heavy melee ones), they could be making big *** Fable-style boots.

Unless it had haste on it. Not going to happen, but I can dream.

As an Elvaan SAM/BLU main I'd like some feet that had more than piddly 3 STR on em. Or movement speed. Seems that's one of the few ways SE hasn't spoiled us SAMs XD.

I'm kind of hoping for some type of legs myself, altho I wouldn't mind feet either. My hand slots are pretty much covered. Altho if they made an alternative to Dusk...I would not mind at all :o

Melees would be screwed in this department. Highly doubt you're gonna beat the big boys (especially for TP, yet alone ws)

I'd rather see some better feet/hand options. Hands in particular, there is only like 1 top class piece for hands per job.

Well these days most of that rly isn't too hard to get and its not wow rly, were everything is supposed to be THAT easy. I don't think you should be able to do a 1 day expansion and get something = or superior to kitty pants. Maybe something that wouldn't be far behind it, but yea. Legs would be the least worthwhile slot as far as melee go.

That being said it'd be easier to match either hands or feet w/o people going OMG that's broken. And honestly, looking at the stats from the other pieces, even if legs was an option, you're not going to get anything that'll match byakko's. For example, for head slot you can get 5 hste 2 str or w/e, some DW on the body w/o any options for haste, but all the stats like main stats like str/dex/ect come in small amount, you're not going to get 5 haste AND 15 dex on top of it. And then you have a bunch of people paying 10 bucks for something they can't really use.

I'd prefer hands, feet, or even an accessory. Should be easier to match those than something like the power houses of leg slots we have available.

Honestly, I would like something in the leg department. I'll admit, they will be hard pressed to beat the "Big Boys", but for those of us that have not gotten to that point, maybe there will be something for at least WS... Not getting my hopes up over something that would be TP usable... /em gasp
