This was the cost of the build. Right under 1000$. Like I said though, I will be add 1 or 2 good GPUs.

I really don't know anymore, the EVGA Forums in particular (requires an account?) usually have good ones being propagated by the community. As I haven't had a PC worthy of benchmarking in a long time I've kind of fallen out of the know.

A google search would obviously work, but personally I don't like recommending software I haven't tried personally.
