So at the start of every hour democracy will automatically start, to which you can vote for a command and it will execute every 30 seconds. Anarchy has been added to a list of available commands during democracy, so you can vote back anarchy if you wish.

As much as I want anarchy to be the only mode, if at any point they actually need democracy for whatever reason, the anarchy bots will prevent that from ever happening.

Doesn't really matter, but I can't help but to wonder why the streamer thought it would work when there are plenty of bots.
