I have a sleeping problem. I don't get tired easily. No matter what time I wake up, I can stay up really late.
Actually.. Now that you mention it.. I had a REALLY weird dream.. I fell down my hill in my backyard.. And my mom rushed over and I had lost all feeling in my lower leg.. So she tried bending it to see if it was broken and all of a sudden my bone popped outta my skin.. And she just kept bending my leg as it protruded even farther out!! I was screammmmming in pain. But I couldn't experience the pain because I've never broken anything before..
Weird huh.. :x I woke up right away.

Melatonin is a hormone so it's likely to affect your dreams, but I love dreaming for some reason so all good but maybe not breaking limbs lol.

Being able to stay up late doesn't necessarily mean you have a problem sleeping just at night. And alot of that can be (and probably is) based on what you do.
Side note I love dreaming. It's so rare I get to. Any kind really.

Well yes and no, yes you can wear yourself out to the point of exhaustion and eat certain foods to help induce sleep but from personal experience they don't really work. I get up between 7am and 8am depending on work/training but no matter how hard I try when I get into bed at 11 I'm usually wide awake and take forever to sleep, feel exhausted in the morning then start to fall asleep the minute I sit down and it really is the most frustrating bs especially at work.

I'm really similar honestly. I know when my sleep patterns way bad when I fall asleep randomly for no reason. I haaaate taking medication though so I'm only going to take melatonin rarely.

That doesn't really disagree with me. Different sleep schedules and it's largely human nature. Go to bed and your mind races. Sit down at something boring your mind wants to stop.

I loved the comprehensive search function for all FFXI related items, but now I can't look at all the cool new *** :(

I can totally relate to that, I'm the same hate taking medication for anything but when I compete in races I usually need to be up 5 or 6am and end up getting to sleep even later than usual and it plays on my mind so much ><
Hmm Krizz I get this weird thing will sometimes wake up for apparently no reason be wide awake then realise there is a spider in the room, and I'm really arachnophoebic, I swear I have a spidey sense that tingles and wakes me up.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
