Most say go NewEgg... However, you have to know how to plug things into other things to build a computer. >.> Oh, and be able to screw things in place...
Generally you can get the same setup for close to the same price as NewEgg from IBuyPower.com.
And... MicroCenter has some great deals on PC parts, so they're a good competitor to check aside from NewEgg.
Also, Pricewatch.com is a PC search engine for components. You'll often find parts cheaper than NewEgg through that site, but I can't guarantee the Customer Service of the sites found through PriceWatch.

Basically, if you're using an Nvidia chipset go with Intel. If you're using a Radeon chipset go with AMD.
Intel has the best processor performance / price at the moment with their Core 2 Duo/Quad and i7 series.
Nvidia's edging out Radeon as well for performance atm.
Western Digital / Seagate for HDD.
And other than that, not much to know tbh.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
