All I know now is that grocery shopping is serious business. That ***is costing me an arm and a leg every week. Just wish the wife wasn't so picky about what brand so we can shop cheaply >.> .
I got a pantry shelf full of mac n cheese for the simple end of week food droughts. Thank god the store always has them on sale $1 each.

I can't stand the cheap stuff. Tastes very different, imo. I spend almost 1/3rd of my monthly income on groceries. Bugs the hell out of me since that's the one thing I worry most about.
I have a coworker that buys the cheap stuff and he says $150 for the month for him. Dreads me to hear that.

Edit: I'm terrified to know how much money we spend on food in a money. We've been on a diet, and you think diets would be cheap yes? Well maybe there are because we're lazy but.. we buy loads of Lean Cuisines. They're good! But Im afraid to know how much we spend on them.

That's what I had before getting married, but never had to worry financially. We try to setup one weekend to go out and do something wether it's a movie or hiking. We spend only about $50 for that and never more. To me it's just plain expensive living where I am. Bills are set so they're about even for each pay period, but our little habits kinda draw too much out of the bank.

Thats what happened to us. We were fine until we had to buy a brand new car because both of ours crapped out on us with in a week. So there went 7k pretty fast. It's hard trying to get a car when you're barely 22! .. No one would give us a loan.
So, we've basically cut out any little habits we had. Not that we had much, but buying a new game was something we also looked forward to doing once in awhile. And I've yet to see the New Harry Potter. And I'm CRAZY about Harry. =3
I'll probably have my Dad do it. Or Sweet talk Bart. :P Either one.

I didn't have any trouble getting a loan at 22. You'd think two people at 22 would be able to get a loan easier.

I was 19 at the time, With absolutely no credit history.
My boyfriend was still 21, And with no Credit history either.
He also hadn't been working at his job for a year yet, and I don't even work. I'm just a college student.
We tried to get a Loan from USAA but they denied us. So, we had to get a loan through the dealership. So of course the interest rate is outrageous

oh my credit was JACKED at 22. I fell into that pre-approved credit card thing when I turned 18 and ran thru $2000 in about a week. No one explained that 'you gotta pay it back' stuff lol. Tho now I'm 27 and it's better. Not an 840 but I can sign for stuff.

Ok so this made my day, this guy was driving along and decided to stop in the parking lot across the street, over shot and drove off the road and is now stuck in the mud, since it has been raining like crazy. I'm just sitting inside laughing...priceless.

lol no at 18 when i got the card. At 22 i was getting back on track.
