Yeah I am kinda bitter at them... I had a 360, don't get me wrong... loved it... but the one single fact that made me sell the system (ok well a couple) was that I really didn't have that many games that I thought would warrant me to keep it, and also the fact that they tried to screw me out of almost 60 bucks over THEIR computer error (they acknowledged it as well!)
To this day I think I still owe them that money since they won't drop it.
Their OS's are the one exception I think, I don't mind them, sure they have some little *** ups here or there but normally they run pretty smoothly (at least for me)

Then they should stay the *** out of the gaming market. Why. The only company who makes gaming their sole priority is Nintendo. And their stuff is ***. As much as no one wants to accept is gaming IS going console based and IS moving away from PC gaming. It's easier to gain access to, cheaper, and easier for teh common gamer to use than a keyboard. So in my honest opinion the smartest thing to do would be keep invested in the gaming industry.

The 360 is a terrible machine. You can fanboy it as much as you want but the fail rate on the actual console, before you even think about the games is terrible. What has Microsoft done to rectify that problem? Pretty much nothing.
Calling Nintendo ***again colours you as a fanboy seeing as Nintendo has many good games, just because it doesn't have Medal of duty rehash modern warfare 17, doesn't make it a bad gaming platform at all.
If Microsoft doesn't start improving the quality of released games they'll be done. Look at the exclusives being released for the 360 in the coming year, and now look at the exclusives on the rest of the consoles. Microsoft expect the 360 to last another 3~ years at least with the addition of Kinect and that is an extremely stupid assumption.
The PC gaming scene may be dying in terms of users, but it's not dying in terms of games. For every shitty generic FPS that gets released with mediocre console controls there's a version of it being released on the PC that has more of a competitive scene and mature fan base.
You can hate the PC all you like, but that doesn't change the fact that unless Microsoft actually shapes up, soon people will start leaving. The PS3 is already nearly topping it and having to pay to play online is another nail in the already naily Microsoft coffin.

I think as far as Wii goes the movement thing was cool. for about 10 minutes...beyond that feature wise it doesn't stack up with the other consoles. Also from being on xbox a lot, I see more people buying 360's and getting live than I see deactivating. Not everyone thinks $60 a year is such a horrible thing for reliable servers. Yeah PS3 is free, but when my friend and I both have to reset our PS3's so the servers will stop DCing us long enough to connect in a game of demon souls the game play seriously suffers. And you do realize the only reason PS3 sale rates are increasing so much is because people are finally willing to pay $300 for the system instead of $400-500 that it was.

Nintendo is a really good platform. People just think "Lol I only like mature games for mature gamers like myself" and miss some beauties on the Wii and DS. DKC:R was a good example, best platformer of 2010 easily.
