Oh, I have the shittiest diet ever, you just have to focus heavy on the abdominals and you'll get one regardless. I eat nothing but fast food, ramen, and candy. Hmmm my workout is mon-wed-fri and it's fully body each of those days. Basically instead of fatiguing one muscle group a day once a week I work everything to a smaller extent 3 times a week. It works best for my buddy's schedule and Idk from what I researched since im not taking all kinds of supplements and ***that it's an awesome way to get stronger and in shape.

That's basically what I do. I go to the gym 3 times a week. I hit upper, lower, and mid body, but on Tues/Thurs, I use my Ab-Lounge at home and I jog a lap around the neighborhood, so my abs are being lightly hit mon/wed/fri, and focused on Tues/Thurs.

yea, I hate running the most. I only job 1.2 miles on the days I run and even then I take it slow. I am an 8 mile bike ride to school, so to/from I do 64 miles a week on that.
Between Biking and using the leg press, which both focus heavily on quads and glutes and minor on hamstrings/calves, which are the same areas running draws from, I honestly can't complete anything longer than 1.2. I don't even get winded, it's just my legs get to hurting pretty quickly

No buddy for me. My first class starts at 9:30, so I'm always at the gym when they Open (8), and am generally the only non staff there until at least 8:30-8:45, and I finish up around 9, so yea, lol.

Would be nice to have somewhere to ride to everyday but since I'm a loser right now with no job or school I am kind of lacking the motivation to just go ride around. But yeah sounds like you're definitely working that out enough.

Morning all.
my FFXIV soundtracks came in yesterday and I'm depressed.
Both CDs have like 7-8 tracks each. RAGE @ Squeenix
but the boxes they came in are pretty =3
/gonna be jamming to the Levequest battle themes on the way to school today

Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
