Yeah but you don't need to drink the water to be prone to some of the illnesses that are associated with stagnation.

The smaller the pool of water, the faster it is likely to become a health risk factor. When I went to Tanzania for a safari they gave us these tablets that dissolved in the water and afterwards the water was considered purified for bathing/drinking/washing.
They explained what the dangers of still water were. Especially if it hasn't been treated.

1. Purify water - google a way. Heating will probably be involved.
might also find those water purifying tablets we used on safari.
2. Air tight sealing - can also find ways on google.
3. Don't store your water in just anything that can contain it and be sealed. Water is a solvent and some containers aren't built to hold water for prolonged periods of time. The water can actually start to break down the internal walls of the container and when you drink it, you will be ingesting some lethal toxic ***not meant for human consumption.

4. If you can take a bath at school, worst case scenario, drink the water from the tap there too. Tap water although not always classified as drinkable, isn't going to harm even remotely as badly as some of the ***you can get from stagnant water.

idk about USA but in UK you can get a water meter installed (for free) which will limit your water every month and they normally put you payments down based on forward calculations ..

Also fill a BIG (2 litre) bottle with water and place it in your toilet water tank it will displace enough water to save half a gallon to a gallon each use, or up to about 10 gallons a day in a typical home.

After looking at the picture, this looks like a last bill. The credit amount seems like it came from the balance of the original deposit. I think your water company thinks your account is being closed.

nah, already talked to them.

They shut it off because my uncle owes money to the county, but not specifically for the water bill, and wouldn't transfer forward balance towards that bill, so I called them up, told them to close the account today and send my deposit and forwarded money back as well.

I wish I could have seen the look on her face when she asked for a forwarding address(because she sure as fk sounded surprised) for the deposit money and I was like "what are you talking about?" and she goes "The place you'll be moving to" and I told her I had no intention of going anywhere, you can send it to the same address, lol.

In the UK they aren't allowed to cut your water off anymore for hygiene reasons. It's just plain dangerous.

I believe boiling, or electrically sterilizing the water is probably the safest way to kill pathogens, I may be inaccurate on that, not sure.

Tiger aren't you a student and working? Are you not eligible for any type of assistance?

I know it knocks in the pride at times, but those aren't decent living conditions.
