How Much For Your Pulse Cell??

With the new June update, SE added the idea of turning the armor/weapons you get from VWNM into Cells.

•The following equipment items, hereafter to be known as "Pulse Panoplia"—a reference to their luminescent appearance—may now be converted to new items called Pulse Cells.
Anhur Robe / Fazheluo Radiant Mail / Mextli Harness / Mekira Meikogai / Toci's Harness / Heka's Kalasiris /Asteria / Borealis / Coruscanti / Ephemeron / Murasamemaru / Delphinius / Aytanri

Pulse Cell Conversion
1.When obtaining a pulse weapon or piece of armor from a Riftworn Pyxis, select "Obtain as pulse cell."
Items obtainable as pulse cells will be marked with a star.
Pulse cells are stackable (up to 12), deliverable, and may be traded or sold at bazaars and the auction house.

2.Trade five of any one variety of pulse cell to the NPC Ardrick (Jugner Forest, I-8) to obtain the corresponding piece of pulse equipment.
*In order to have equipment reconstructed, players must possess the designation for defeating the Voidwalker that drops the corresponding item.

The three big key parts to this convertion process, is
1. Pulse cells are stackable (up to 12), deliverable, and may be traded or sold at bazaars and the auction house.
2. In order to have equipment reconstructed, players must possess the designation for defeating the Voidwalker that drops the corresponding item. (Only cell for the armor can get traded for the armor)
3. And, the drop rate for the armor = the drop rate of the cells. Because you turn the gear INTO the cell.

This leads me up to the fact that most of these cells are going to go up onto the AH or Bazaars. So my question for you guys and girls is :

How much are you welling to pay for your cell???

I already have a coruscanti but will spam Qilin for pouches. If I ever get a cell, I'll probably bazaar each for roughly 2M.

So if I'm reading this right I'll need 5 Pulse Cells to obtain one of these items? Which means through this method it would take 5 drops to equal a full item?

Yeah no less that 5m per single for Toci's and Heka's. Couple of those are worthless tho, I wouldnt pay more than 100k per for a Mextli.

I wouldn't charge Saw 5m per, even if he's got gil coming out of his ears lol. That would just be ***. Some random dude, sure, but saw is cool as *** :P

This means I would need to have the proper clears in order to trade cells for items? Like I would need to be cleared up to T3 jeuno if I wanted to trade cells for a Toci's?

What is SEs logic on skipping out on Athos and Ogier's gear for slips?

If I still needed any of these, I'd probably gladly pay 5-7M each. Much would've rather spent 25mil than spamming Celaeno countless hundreds of times >_>

However, I'd suspect HQ weapons will sell for quite a bit more. At over 10m each, I'd personally rather put the gil toward another relic, but to each their own.

After a few months go along, I'm sure prices will drop like always.

The mods have said Athos and Ogiers have a better drop rate hence they wont be listed.

Ogier's and athos are pretty common. I got my hands/feet within 15 kills along with alot of other people.

I would at least make sure I get more gil for the pulse cell than you would find it's NQ counterpart of the gear on the AH for.

Question. DO you need to have the pulse item to obtain pulse cell?

That's the whole point of the system.
