"The South Korean Fair Trade Commission isn’t backing down on its investigation on the numerous complaints about Blizzard’s hot-selling game – Diablo 3. Last week, we said that the South Korean authorities launched an investigation to probe the issue. But so far, no word about the KFTC’s action was reported. Yesterday however, local publication The Korea Times reported that the Korean Federal Trade Commission raided Blizzard’s office in Seoul on Monday as part of an investigation into consumer claims that Blizzard has refused to refund Diablo 3 its players.

The publication added that the KFTC released a statement on Tuesday confirming that it raided Blizzard’s Seoul office and that they were able to get related documents and other evidence which will determine if the gaming company broke the law. Apparently, Diablo 3 players in Korea got frustrated with the server issues which compelled them to ask for refunds, and to which Blizzard allegedly has denied, citing its sales contract terms as the basis for its supposed decision. “We have received many complaints from Diablo 3 users,” said Kim Hyung-bae, a spokesman for the FTC. Blizzard on the other hand, declined to comment about the reported raid."

I noticed when playing with my friend that it shows our full name when you mouse over the character images in the top left, does it only do this with friends or if you join a random public game does it display that as well?

probably only does it with the players you registered with their email, my friend shows up with his real name (and I assume I do too to him)

yeah tried it out, just shows your battletag if they aren't friends.

On Battlenet there's an option to show or not your real ID. Says you can chose if people see you by battletag alone or real id too.

did anyone else have trouble with this new update? when ever i try to update my game it just tells me theres an error and i may have to redownload the file then closes me out.

How recently? I got one last night that went through just fine. Nothing since, but I've been at work.

It happen to me yesterday as well. It seemed to be a common error with a few people after I trolled forums for a bit. Anyways go to your diablo files/updates and delete them. Should be able to download the update just fine after that if you haven't all ready.

*Edit* To be a little more clear. C drive/Program files(x86)/Diablo III/Updates/then delete the MPQ files think there was 3 should be only thing in the file anyways.
