Is anyone else a little disturbed that they considered changing the drop rate table for the entire game to 'fix' this?

I feel like if SE was a doctor, and I had a cut on my finger, they'd offer me two solutions: cut off my finger, or shoot myself in the face.

Also: THF gets innate TH3, TH7 with gear that's relatively easy to get, and they get to increase TH on mobs just by hitting them. Somehow, I don't feel my BST is threatening my THF.

God help us when they notice THF/DNCs soloing dynamis with TH7+. Lord have mercy, the sky be falling!

Yes, so you have to EARN your gear. Stop crying. I get pissed off @ 99BSTS who burned the job, are sitting in perle gear too, and my BST is well geared. I spent the time making the axes, making the +2 gear. So you gotta spend some more time to get TH(whatever) back. Isn't this game about spending time to get stuff? Does a THF have to spend time making the +2 hands? Farming the original Assman Armlets? The FTouches to make them? Yes. So quit bitching. The fact is, BST IS overpowered in dyna. TH was meant for THF, not bst. Be thankful you're even going to get TH1 or w/e out of a thf type jugpet. CC didn't have protect or Cure 4 back in the day, (and obviously still doesn't), so why should a thf type jugpet get TH? Because SEI and their (albeit retardedness)gave it to you. Stop complaining, they could take it away entirely. But no, they instead have given you a glimpse @ what you will get. TH1 with gauranteed more, just an undetermined amount at this time.

I welcome the addition of less Stormtroopers in Dyna Valk, and do not look forward to seeing Pink thfs in there.
I agree with the comments regarding the Ukko/VS nerf. If you're whining about losing 1-2 TH tiers, tell that to a WAR/MNK.
In regards to someone crying about having to figure out a way to farm their NEXT Relic. STFU. You already have one, quit crying. As if 1 isn't enough. There's plenty of people who WISH they could have 1.

Its all been said before, if this do it with this trait whats stopping them to doing it for all of them. I have plenty of pet gear, i dont need more to enhance its natrual job traits.

I will still farm on bst.. Grant it i dont run into issues with bst being douches.. It's other people on other jobs... holding TE's or whatever.. Oh welll this nerf wont make much of a difference I guess i will jut have to craft more for gil...

I always thought more currency was a good thing which allowed people to get their relics.. but if they wanna reduce the amount of currency on the market (not saying it will) it's pretty much whatever..

Your base TH level is applied on your first hit, even if you miss. Yeah, in something like Dynamis, the knife isn't worth it, but all the rest of the gear can still be used on your first hit, then you're free to wear whatever other gear you wish.

That whopping 1-2% just ain't worth it man. Better served with more inventory space for more Log Watch

No, as stated, people should have to EARN their gear. I never said anythign about riding on peoples backs to get the gear they want. My friend and I DUO'D his Kannagi back @ 90. EVERYTHING. We are DUO'ING his Excal in DValk. DUO. I get my ***from hard work, and so does he. Never once did I say anythign about sucking off someone else for ***.

Since when do we have to earn base job traits, THF gets TH3 at 90, u dont need any extra gear u automatically get it. Same with every other pet job, SMN dosent have to earn gear for blood pacts, PUP dosent have to buy scrolls for spells. So this "earn it" is asinine in every aspect.

TH is not native to bst, dont act like youre entitled to it. Youre lucky they opted to give you gear to make up for it instead of outright sticking you with TH1. And to crap all over your point. dnc gets spectral jig, but if i want it to last more than 45seconds to 1 minute, i need 2 pieces of gear.

or even better. PUP needs THREE pieces of gear (or a mythic) to use maneuvers the way we need to, and maneuvers are the foundation of the job

another edit, another point: before abyssea, BST needed tons of gear to charm with a respectable amount of accuracy.

I suspect we will only ever see 1 piece of "pet: TH+1" gear, which will finally put this bandwagon to rest.

But it wont, bst will still flood dynamis cause its the easiest 2hrs of farming. I dont even sell currency so i could care less, i just now have to lvl THF to do general farming taking up room i dont have.

I think the pet th+ item will be one of the additional rewards when they add Cait Sith as avatar , maybe an earring so all pet jobs can use it.

why would it take up room? you can just get thf to 49 and use it as sub.

And since when is all these BLM and WHM spells native to PUP and SMN? As long as u have the skill lvl u get them handed to u for free, theres nothing earned so i call ***. And pets are a foundation of BST so idk where u get its so different.

yes pet is the "Foundation" not TH so quit qqing over something that isnt the basis for your job. if they said. "oh we are increasing the recast for call beast, but now we are adding items to lower it back to what it was" then ok i would see reason for you to cry. but not something that has nothing to do with your job. ffs

I'm not sure why BST's all of a sudden think they are entitled to TH3, it's ridiculous. You should be damn thankful SE even gave it to you to enhance the job further, yet you all just want more and more.
