[Dev] New Chat Widget & Macro Palette
Liking the new display! :o It won't change a ton, but it's sure nice to see a slight change to the UI I've been staring at for years. Cure V macro won't have to be CurV. "The hell is a--You mean a 'curve?' ...Oh, right. Cure V."

But it's possible to position yourself so the chat widget will totally occlude your character. i still vote they should make two chat logs next to each other
one for game informations and one for chat (/s /l /p /sh defined by user) that way important communication does not get lost when there is a incoming kill information flood from the blu mage CW burning TE's off cause that would be most useful for hires ppl. its just sad to see 33%-50% of the chatlog never gets used when you are on 1900x1200 display oh and a quick setting that only give you game information about you ally and mobs engaged by ally and nothing else ( cause i really don't need to see that other group over there casting protect and 6 lines about ppl getting the effect and again flooding the chatlog) and why cant the game put those 6 lines together to one line naming all the character instead of 1 line per character, since it is comming from the same source. so many ways they could have improved the chatlog usefull and we get this.... I'm hoping that update doesn't create massive problems with Windower... but I'm sure it will... Inc week with no windower when this comes out. HOW WILL WE LIVE.
And I agree with Gaiarorshack, multiple definable chat log (I hate to say it, but WoW style) would be *** amazing. Ohh wait that is another game. As long as they make sure to allow individuals to make their own preference on the chat log (like make it adjustable).
It will be an update worthwhile (personally I liked the screen wide chat log at the base). I thought they said this was on the test server. I can't get it to work.
