ok what is it? 2nd time ive got this during vw its not libra or MV.... anyone know

I had this happen too for zilart T2. I couldn't do it for the life of me, but I saw 2nd sch able to do it. It's MV. The problem is you still have to follow proc rule. Not when its TPing or casting. With 10min recast you better be sure to do it right before the weakness rotate.

Maybe there is a bug with sch? Want to post it on official forum so we can get some more users feedback rather then ffxiah? I couldn't do it neither.

You can proc whenever in VW, including when the mob is already proc'd, or when the mob is participating in a techno dance party as well.

they landed. i use full macc gear when i use MV. and it did land

was just having this convo during a qilin run really think its cus modus acc is crap even more so on nm since they nerfed it couple years back form AV burns. Apparently blu has similar issue they really didnt think it through. Someone even said it's because they brought back the dev lead from pre abby who was fired from 14 after screwing that all up and sent the one who made aby to 14... Dunno if it true or not but it really sucks if it is...

It's possible that there is a bug with libra.
Today in dynamis I have tried staggering with it 20~30 times with it never working, where before the oct 4th update I would always get it in 1~3 attempts.

Yeah I was talking to Night earlier and I'm like dude is this true, and he's like probably not, then I went and looked over BG and stuff found nothing, and then I'm like um what.

we dont know for sure, and its damn near impossible to test because with anything that you can use to attempt to get a test sample has easily near 100% land rate on, me and another sch tried testing this a month back and we even tried using hedjedjet as a test subject and it landed 7 times in a row before we said *** it (ask byrth i was ranting so hard about not being able to find something to test on). i use a macc set in voidwatch just out of superstition for now, and i have atleast a high chance of landing it on T4s and almost no difficulty landing it on anything less.

There hasnt been much concrete testing. Most JP VW runs ive been on SCHs have told me that macc does help land MV, so im going on off what they tell me whether it be superstition or no lolz... In any case i carry most of that macc gear already for various sets so its not too much of -1 inventory.
