Dexter Season 6 [SPOILERS]

See the sudden "Quinn no longer suspecting Dexter" thing kind of bothered me but at the same time I was starting to feel like it was Doakes all over again.
Although didnt they mention the blood on Quinns shoe at the start of the season?

Pictures of the ring of fire, the same night Dexter 'fell' off his boat and they didn't see any kind of connection or even question his boating 'accident'? They're better detectives than that!
What really tipped me off to the end was Dexter killing that guy on the boat in front of all the immigrants. I was like 'whoa' he just killed someone in front of a bunch of witnesses.

I might have to rewatch :< Dexter fudged the blood samples so the blood on Quinn's shoe didn't match that guy, forget his name, the one he hired to investigate Dexter. Quinn said to Dexter 'I owe you one.'
And yeah that never was mentioned this season.

Way too convenient not to investigate anything
also the witnesses were all illegal immigrants so they wouldnt say anything anyway.

That's true about the first part, although, to me it felt like a predictor of what was to come. The boat incident felt way too rushed. Same with the painting with the face smashed out.

Wait I thought she said we found your boat, not pieces, but the whole thing drifted to shore.

And yeah that never was mentioned this season. Keep in mind this season was a year after last, so they could have moved beyond the awkwardness.

No it was the whole boat, dexter was in a small dingy that was destroyed, travis was in slice of life and could have just abandoned it.

I find it strange that they would bring back his brother in the Nebraska episode and reintroduce an item as profound as the prosthetic hand and not follow up on it. I mean, I may have been able to write it off, the guy having the hand and all, but sending in to Dexter in the end? The finale was a letdown, I know it's a cliffhangar, but I didn't get a sense of closure, even with Travis dying. Something tells me this is the end of Dexter, and they just chopped the whole last story in to two parts/seasons.
As far as seasons go... I think 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 6 > 5 for me. I really liked Doakes.

that last 2 min, feel tho deb wil be happy that he is not a loose end tho lol True, lol. I hope he mentioned to Deb at least the fact that Travis tried to sacrifice Harrison.

The whole deb loving dex thing seems kind of forced to me, they said in the comments on the season finale that it was inevitable. I thought deb would eventually find out about him, but not fall in love with him.

Although it's a little creepy to fall in love with your adopted brother you've known forever.

seasons for me I thinks
3, 2, 1, 4, 6, 5
I started watching during the Jimmy Smitts season! which got me hooked! and then I got online and heard everybody hated that season..ahahaha....I liked it alot. That Jimmy so crazy.
Then I went out and bought seasons 1 and 2 and marathoned them. I liked Lila alot better than the Ice Truck dude :/ I know first seasons define a show but I really felt the show hit its awesomeness in the second season.
I had to look up last season to remember what it was about..so yeah..lol

I started with season 3 too, lol. Then watched all of 4, then went back and watch 1 and 2 while I waited for 5 to come out.
5 was definitely the worst.

She's on Warehouse 13 playing/played a female H.G. Wells...I thought I heard rumors of her getting her own spin off show but idk...I dont pay that much attention.

I thought it was really cool that they used his departed brother and father to symbolize the light and darkness inside him. I just wish they played out the struggle between the two and kept his brother around a little longer than that dumb visit to Nebraska.
Though it is understandable he keeps Harry around the most due to keeping his father-like figure for the sake of his son.

I'm pretty sure that: That gamer guy's storyline is done with. He mailed the ITK's hand back to Dexter and gave up on his serial killer game.
We'll see though.
See, I think they gave a little too much attention towards that guy to simply shrug him off at the end.
Especially with the hand thing. If he's as smart as they make him out to be, he's likely to dig up all of Dexter's past secrets via his tech nerdiness and sneaky methods. Also he seemed almost... insanely inspired by Dexter. Not enough to know what he does, but once he gets the idea, what better way to idolize or revere someone than to become their greatest adversary? i think the guy may know a lot more about dexter then you all seem to think. he was writing a game where you could play as the serial killer. he was not expecting the reaction he got from dexter. he really seems to have a thing for serial killers and idolizes dexter. it all adds up to exactly what he told dexter after his game was rejected. he told dexter that he inspired him to get off his *** instead of just playing games. him sending the hand to dexter was a signal that hes no longer going to be a spectator. if he doesn't become a serial killer next season, ill be very surprised. everything just adds up to it.

reading posts on other websites somebody said all the lines on the hand were essentially palm reading stuff and when translated means the dude knows Dexter is leading a double life. Though I know nothing of life lines or palm reading so that could all be BS
