Problem with the square enix account transfer

Is anyone else having trouble with this transfer?. I go through it all get to end & get message can't transfer till been billed, yet they want us to transfer the information today.
how is this possible?

I get this problem too. Apparantly a friend of mine did it already, but when i try it says that we have to wait for billing to go through. :S

If you've changed server, or billing or basically anything like that we won't be able to transfer until the end of this month when they have maintenance.

I just did this on 2 chars without any issues, do you use credit card or the crysta thingy?

I just did mine went by fine says transfer in process.
And u got till august 31 to tranfer it so just wait a few more days.

Took like 10min for the whole process.
Picked CC option, I did change my personnal details the 4th July so it shouldn't be an issue.
The only POL ID I wasn't able to transfer was the one that is still a Trial account. It doesn't even appear in the transfer list and is unable to be transfered when using the "not yet linked" option.

I need to reactivate my content ID every month idk why but i need to pay every month manualy (every time need to write my cc numbers etc.) idk why tho (i have always money on my cc). So there is question... if ill pay manualy (reactivating contend id) again in september ill be able to transfer? lol this is stupid ; ;

"Customers who have reactivated Content IDs, purchased additional expansions, performed world transfers, or made any other additional purchases during the month of July, will not be able to complete the transfer process until after the monthly maintenance the end of the month"

This, of course, includes people who SE booted from their system at the beginning of this month. If you had to re-register then you won't be able to fill out the information until after they do august billing. Just hope they don't boot you off again or you will be out of time and have to go through their support.

lol, point is, they really seem to try to hide their phone no. when i was searching for it, i had to click through half a dozen of pages. Im not gonna call them, my speaking engrish is so bad. Rather keep it to chat support lol.

Lol yea and they give ya this code to use which if ya don't say it in time some of the people hang up on you. Had to deal with this a few times last year bit found ut easier to just use the support chat Thingy online. Plus the poeople on the chat seen to kno with they doing unlike the phone service. Actualy had this pop up in a convo over the phone:
SE person :"so you believe your account was compromised?"
Me: "yes"
SE person :" if your not going to take this seriously then we won't deal with you, goodbye" *click*
So yea phone can be a hassle sometimes

I did aswell, got "lucky" and had it saved on ls community so I could find the PW in my browser >_> (deleted right after, big nono to have them saved like that!)

then i called and got everything straightened out.
and the last time i called to have my password reset the person was very nice and helpful, and was very patient with me fumbling through the security questions

Did it fine. Noticed you can only register for 30 days at a time on a UK debit card though.
Incidentally, I chose today to start a second PoL account up and was reminded how confusing the entire thing is. Had an issue where it wouldn't even let me get onto PoL on my main ID for around 10 minutes.
The problem I am having is that I can't find out where you now register your code for the Destrier Beret. When you try to do it the "old" way, as listed on Steam etc. it just gives you a message saying something like, "Can't do this on PoL anymore, go see SE website" and then logs you entirely out of PoL. Tried to have a look around on SE Account site and there's only options to add chars and such. Anyone got any more info?

This is SE. they came out with something new. give them a few months to fix it. (SE released something that is brokek/not working properly?! /shocked)
For the record. I have not made any new purchases or anything special to my account, yet I am getting error "You cannot complete this process til next billing cycle" or w/e the *** its saying about "wait until next month"

If you have multiple accounts, like I do, and two accounts are being billed for the same amount, almost every bank/CC company see's it as a double billing issue and block one of them. Thats why you have to re-enter it every month. It happened to me for a long time and they eventually blocked my debit card all-together.

The problem for me was i had some overdue fees from last year. Now when they paid (worked with crysta yay!) I can transfer but it says "Transfer in progress" does it stay that way for a long time?

I was one of those people that had their accounts accidentally canceled at the beginning of the month. I too am getting the message when I try to transfer saying I have to wait until the end of the month (today is the 31st, hello?) plus for some odd reason they gave me back my monthly fee that I paid on the 1st on the 20th which has never happened. So I wonder what is going to happen tomorrow, the 1st of August. Shut my acct down for non payment? Double bill me because they messed up..what's next?
I was also one of those who's accounts got lost in limbo for three weeks. I'm getting really fed up with this mess. I bet when I try to log on tomorrow it will say my ID has been canceled for non-payment which looks like I will wind up having to call the customer support line from hell.
Maddi, if you could please post the phone number to contact them I would greatly appreciate it as I have yet to find that number on the site.

Welp, it happened just as I feared it would. Tried to transfer again today and now it says to call them, oh and I can't play or post on the official forums either. Been tying to call since 2:30pm cst. and it's endlessly busy. It also says I owe for last month. Why for the love of fudge did they give me last month's payment back?! It's going to take days to straighten this out with them and then I get to make a paypal acct,buy a ton of crysta, reactivate everything...I should just go out and buy a hamster wheel and run in it.
